We had a wonderful time in Nashville. The house was very clean and enough room for the 10 of us. We enjoyed the house very much. The host was very helpful. If I make it to Nashville again I would stay again.

The house was clean and very spacious. Not far from downtown Nashville. The kitchen had some of the essentials. I would recommend staying here.

We came to Nashville for our softball national tournament and this was the perfect house to share! The house itself was perfect for what we needed. Definitely recommend for larger families. Both showering bathrooms are upstairs which is fine for us but probably good to know for others that only the half bath is downstairs.

Excellent location within a reasonable distance from Downtown and Opry. Large home, with excellent layout for a reasonably large number of people. Bedrooms were comfortable and large. We had a great visit.

Great Place.

This was a great place for me and my family to stay during our visit to Nashville. There are some suggestions to the property that need to be addressed and told. There is a railroad track in the backyard just to be aware of when the train comes by at 5:00am. Then the bedroom furniture, especially the master need some attention. Overall good place just needs a little more care taken to the home.

The positives: good communication with the property manager, great air conditioning, location, nice kitchen. The negatives: walls are dirty, was told normal wear and tear but it wasn’t just smudges, they were dirty, mattresses were terrible. Slept in a day bed because the master was too uncomfortable, no remote in the master bedroom, landscaping was overgrown and made the porches unusable. House was dirty upon arrival so property manager sent a cleaner right over. House needs a good deep cleaning with the walls wiped down, windows washed, deep clean of bathrooms.

Very roomy

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and wanted a place for our family to be able to gather and this fit the bill. The master with a trundle was perfect for one daughter’s family with a 2 and 4 year old. There is a main floor bedroom but only a half bath down there so be aware if you have anyone with mobility issues. There was so much space, bedrooms and closets are very large and bathrooms are good size. Huge sectional and a table that seats 6 plus bar stools. There’s a large desk for those needing a space for working or building a puzzle. The listing states the home is new. It’s newer but has definitely seen some abuse and could use some paint both inside and out. Parking area looks very long in photos but only fits two longer vehicles or possibly 4 short vehicles. Easy Uber to lots of fabulous locations in east Nashville or downtown.

Not quite as advertised

Overall a "good" place to stay - plenty of room, well equipped. However, pictures of property are not accurate - or were taken some time ago. Property definitely shows some wear and tear. Could use some sprucing up - e.g. walls washed down and repainted. Not "dirty" per se - but not as clean as it could have been. There were leaves on the entrance floor and a metal screw in the garbage disposal to name two issues. Furniture in living room is not as pictured - beds need updating - legs bent and mattresses in need of replacing. Also a train goes by several times a day and night-blowing a loud horn and shaking the back of the house. Yard is overgrown and backyard was not useable. Not deal-breakers - and did not prevent us from having a great time in Nashville.

Family Trip

We were very happy with this house for our 4 day stay in Nashville. It was spacious, and provided good space with comfortable beds. There are a few things that could be improved- there was no welcome information either sent out prior to arrival or left in the house. So we had to ask for wifi password & instructions for house expectations upon leaving, like garbage, bottle/ recycling. They did respond to me within a reasonable timeframe. Another disappointment was that there was only one box of Kleenex in this large 4 bedroom house, which was located in one bathroom….. not mine :( I expected there would be more olive oil and condiments left from previous renters- but the owners request that everything be disposed of and nothing left in the house. Which I feel is a waste, when every renter has to purchase these same grocery items for a few days. But I would recommend this house, it was a great location between Opry, Downtown & the airport. It was also reasonably priced, which we appreciated.

College visit stay in Nashville

This house was perfect for our family of 6. 4 bedroom was perfect as was the open concept kitchen/family room set up. The house appears to have been well loved by visitors over time. The walls are dirty with several areas needing touching up. The couch was fairly dirty. It doesn’t deter me from wanting to stay in this house if we return, just would love it even more with a bit of cleanliness attention in a few areas.

Spring Break Getaway

This was a great place for my friends and I to enjoy a mini vacation in Nashville. Check in/out was very easy and well communicated. The home was well kept, and had everything we needed; plenty of towels and toiletries. All the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The home was only about 15min from Broadway, so Ubering was very easy and effective costing about 20$ per trip for an XL. There was plenty of resteraunts near by to visit as well. I would absolutely book this home again. It was in a great location for the right price. Many thanks to the Hosts!
