This property is Excellent!! It had everything that we needed including a fully equipped kitchen with every appliance, dishes, glasses etc needed. It was super clean with comfortable beds, lots of great bathrooms and an air conditioner that keep the house nice and cool. The Hot Tub looked new, easy to run, it was so clean and the water was wonderful. The grounds were just Amazing and large enough to accommodate our entire family of 13 people. Lot's of TV's in every room (not that we used them), a basketball Court and pool table. Enough seating for everyone and various rooms to visit with family members. We could not have asked for a more perfect property for our Family reunion. Everyone Loved the property, Five Stars ALL The WAY!

The property itself is beautiful. The place is currently listed for sale and that is clear in how the owner and management company handled everything. The front gate was broken. We communicated that to the management company and they responded, "The owner is aware the front gate is broken." The water from the sink smelled terrible so we had to buy jugs of water the entire trip because the filtered water faucet was broken. We communicated this to the management company. They first asked if we wanted them to do something about this. 2 days later they responded, "The owner is aware the faucet is broken. Please let us know if there are any other issues." Nice house to stay. Don't expect any actual customer service.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well appointed with a well equipped kitchen. One of the best I have experienced in the many VRBO's I've stayed in. The host worked to make sure everything was in working order when we arrived to make sure we were comfortable and could enjoy all of the amenities that were available. Couldn't have asked for a better residence.

Kitchen was fully stocked for our chef to prepare a delicious meal. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was centrally located for the wineries we wanted to visit and the property manager communicated very well. Would stay here again!

Incredible home, with ample space for large groups to gather! The kitchen was massive, stunning and incredibly organized. There is space for activities in an indoor basketball court, a pool table and large yard with a hot tub. The bathrooms were large and nicely designed. We enjoyed the huge couch that could accommodate our big group to sit comfortably together. The host was nice and quick to respond to our questions. I definitely would book this home again for large gatherings in the area.

Great Stay

This property is amazing! We were in for my nieces wedding and had several family members from Texas, Oregon and Boston come together at this property for 4 days and we were all just blown away with the comfort of this home. Would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

The house/manor was amazing! We had five couples (10 people), each with our own room and comfy bed. The house is stunning and has fantastic features from the hot tub, to the gazebo to the indoor basketball court. Everything is amazing and would highly recommend for your next trip to our beautiful Willamette wine country!

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway

I rented this house for a 40th birthday weekend girls trip. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, everything was well organized and in great condition. The rooms were cozy and we loved the outdoor area. It was in a great location and easy to get to.

Friends Trip to the NW

We had 6 couples for 3 nights at Punkin Manor. The estate was clean, large, & provided all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay in the Willamette Valley. We enjoyed hiking, wineries, & Oregon Football while on our trip, & the accomodation provided the plenty of space for our group. We will definitely consider Punkin Manor & iTrip Vacations Northwest when we visit again.
