Fantastic views of the lake and mountains from the deck and interior! We were there in July and the weather was perfect. Warm, a little rain and mountain breezes to soothe Denverites trying to beat the heatwave. Easy access to the highway and quick drives to towns, and alpine activities. Parking for three vehicles and plenty of garage space for organizing gear for different activities, plus a ping pong table! We grilled and cooked a couple of nights for a group of ten and it had everything we needed (except a roll of foil for the baked potatoes! Just kidding!). A great place to stay in Grand County.

We're so glad the lake and mountain views from the deck lived up to the hype and that the weather cooperated for a perfect Grand County getaway. It's great to hear the location made it easy to get out and explore nearby towns and alpine activities, and that the space, parking, and garage storage worked well for organizing gear for a group of ten. The ping pong table and grilling setup sound like they made for some fun evenings too. Thanks for sharing such a detailed and fun review, and we'll make sure there's foil on hand for the next round of baked potatoes!

Great House

Great house, completely as advertised in the description. Beautiful location right near the lake and the property managers were very helpful with everything about the house and the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Granby Lake Home

We had a wonderful family stay - The Lake Granby and Snow Capped Mountain Views were ‘Picture Perfect!!!’ The home was well equipped and offered activities for all ages - Ping pong table, Foosball Table, Electronic Game puzzles and games This is the gold standard for Vacation Homes

Wonderful experience!!

We stayed the weekend with some close friends and family to celebrate my son’s first birthday. It was such a great trip. The house was perfect! Absolutely stunning views and a short drive to Grand Lake, and even shorter drive to Granby lake. The patio was great for grilling and socializing while taking in the views. Bottom line, we can’t wait to come back! Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Amazing views with everything we needed

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. So much to do I the surrounding area. We all snowshoed in RMNP, went tubing at Snow Mountain Ranch, rode the Gondola at WP. The house had everything we needed to make home cooked meals. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Would definitely go back in winter or summer! Definitely need 4wheel drive for the road and driveway. Put a hot tub on the deck and this place would be absolutely perfect! Looking forward to staying here again!

Great Experience

I was looking for a property with a view, and this one did not disappoint. The host is great and will go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. The house is furnished with everything thing we needed. We visited during March and as mentioned in other post the snow covered mountains and frozen lake view was stunning. I’m sure the summer time view is just as great. We can’t wait to plan our next visit to this property.

Great location, poor amenities

For how much we paid, it was pretty disappointing. The ice machine barely worked, wood floors were dirty, the freezer drawer was in disrepair, the WiFi was so poor you couldn’t stream a show or movie, no net for the ping pong table. We had stayed here before, so this was really disappointing.

From the Owner: "Hi DanielWe’re really sorry to hear this stay didn’t live up to your expectations, especially since you've stayed with us before. We care a lot about the guest experience and want to acknowledge the concerns you brought up.-The WiFi in our mountain neighborhood is limited, but it’s always worked, and we’ve never had issues. This is currently the best service available in the area. As for streaming, the bandwidth can be limited with multiple devices like cell phones and TVs being used.-The wood floors have seen a lot of wear over the years and are due for refinishing, which we’re already planning for this fall, but we will discuss with the cleaners to ensure they are clean.-Thank you for letting us know about the ice maker and freezer drawer. We will get this resolved.-Regarding the ping pong table, we had just brought it up to the house days before your visit, and the net was unfortunately misplaced in transit. This has been resolved.We’ve owned and shared this home for over 10 years, and we genuinely appreciate feedback that helps us improve."

Wonderful summer mountain stay!

Our families (4 adults and 4 tweens/teens) had wonderful 4 days/3 night in Granby! The views of Lake Granby and the mountains were gorgeous and relaxing. The house is just as pictured in the listing. It was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our two families to enjoy being together but to also have some quiet time. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed including a waffle iron and blender, which the kids loved. There were plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. The ping pong table and Ms Pac-Man were big hits! The location was ideal for exploring the area. We had easy drives to Grand Lake for kayaking and SUP, Rocky Mountain National Park, Snow Mountain Resort and Winter Park! I would have loved a bit brighter light in the kitchen but maybe that’s my age talking! We would definitely recommend the house!

A great mountain house with amazing views!

We had 4 families come to stay at this mountain home and it was perfect for our group. We had adults and children and there were plenty of places for everyone to sleep. The kitchen was nice and did have a good amount of cookware and dishes. There was no salt which we did not realize after we had already gone to the grocery store which was a bummer, but otherwise we had brought ourselves other spices and there were some in the cabinet as well. The views are AMAZING of the lake and the mountains. The picutures truly do not do it justice. We went to Grand Lake a few times with all the kids and enjoyed hikes and swimming on the little beach area. We went to Lake Granby and hiked and enjoyed all the views! Katie was our main contact with any questions or concerns and she was amazing. Quick to respond when I had questions and very helpful!! Thank you so very much.
