The apartment was amazing! The view is gorgeous! Waking up and drinking our coffee watching the ocean is truly an amazing experience. They beach nearby is so beautiful! The host is amazing as well. Great place to bring your family! The town gorgeous, the people sp friendly and nice. Fun activities and restaurants nearby!

Great Location right on the water and the beach was just a foot step away…. Host Jennifer was awesome and very responsive with any of our needs… condo was very clean and provided the necessities to stay multiple nights….. Sunset on the water with swing while hearing the ocean was the cherry on top… would deff stay again if I ever return….

The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Some updates are needed to overcome how close it is to the water. The view is beautiful and you can watch the sunset from the porch or dining room. The air conditioning works great, a bit loud in the bedrooms (like hotel air conditioning). Overall, this home met all our needs.

Let’s get this straight the views in the evening were stunning. And the location of the unit is incredible. The AC worked perfect.This place has serious potential, but instead of cozy little condo, it reads more like rundown motel room. There was no hot water in the kitchen. It was broken before we got there because the hot water was turned off. We had to heat water on the stove to do dishes. That should be in the ad. When you take showers at night and get out to dry off, make sure the people above you are not showering because the roof leaks something terrible and you’ll have to retake your shower. Also not a new issue! Overall, it wasn’t a horrible experience we made the best of it but for the money, again not expecting luxury by any means, at least the basic necessities would’ve been great. There was also a dead bird on the back porch. All the host did was say the dead bird wasn’t there when they did the inspection(it was dried up? It had been there a couple days)I ended up cleaning that up. Then there were the cobwebs I had to clean out of the ceiling. The pictures that they use to advertise it are misleading because it shows what the place could be, but they need to put the work into the actual condo rather than the photos. The railing is rusted out on the porch, the doors were looking rough due to humidity, and the handle to the backdoor was broken. I think it’s just very poorly run would not stay in the same unit, but would definitely stay in the area.

The property is exactly as described. The beaches are beautiful and close by. Would highly recommend staying here. Also, the sunsets were breathtaking.

We definitely recommend this property. The kitchen and bathrooms are a little outdated, but everything was clean. Instructions to get inside the property were easy to follow. We loved having beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. The location is close to town, grocery stores, and restaurants. The view of the sunset was spectacular. We had a little hiccup with communication when an issue arose, but it was eventually resolved satisfactory.

A wonderful place to stay! Very clean and surprising big for a two bedroom! Great location and excellent view of the beach right next to it!! Secure and next to everything!! Love to walk the neighborhood and two great quiet beaches within walking distance.

A cute older property with views that are calming. Some up dating of kitchen supplies are needed. Needs are comfortable, A/C works great. Beach access is about 5 minute walk and very private and walk is serene.

Beautiful sunset

Amazing sunset, property very clean and plenty of room for family. We liked that property had two restrooms, AC , full kitchen, security gates and entry door. Nicely furnished. The host was very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasurable. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We were in town for a family reunion and the location to restaurant, bakery, stores, gas, beach, attractions, etc where conveniently close. We enjoyed our stay in this home and made great memories. We hope to be back soon in a near future.

Overall it is a nice place. Very clean and new. The neighborhood is quiet. So, you are only a few minutes from Rincon and you don't have to deal with any partiers. It is weird that the windows have shutters but no glass. I thought the sound of the ocean was loud! It isn't a big deal, the AC can keep up and make it comfortable. One of the mattresses was so hard and firm I think it was actually a box spring. I always said I enjoy a firm mattress - I got my wish! The outside of the property is undergoing renovation. We didn't care because we wanted a nice place to stay after the beaches in Rincon. The location is great. You can't be any closer to the water without being on a boat. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo is in a great spot. Fantastic views. Communication with the property manager was not the best. The area had power outages which affected the lights and water on different days. The condo had only one battery powered candle. There were two other candles with no batteries. Two flashlights with no batteries. It took a while for the PM to get back to us. She eventually brought some batteries for the candles but that did not get them to function either. The master shower shower was low pressure. The location was very good close to everything.

Excellent location, great value, could use upgrades

Overall, this was a fantastic steal of a deal for our family of five! You cannot get a better view and feel than this - the condo directly faces the ocean, so you see and hear and feel it all: the sunsets, the waves, the breeze. There is a very nice little beach (a hidden gem!) a very short walk away - we loved spending evenings there. As for the condo itself, it can definitely use some upgrades. One thing we wish the condo offered freely is a washer/dryer since beach trips require daily laundry, especially if you are with kids. The property manager was absolutely fantastic in her communication - she was very responsive and addressed our questions almost immediately. I wish the listing had more photos so we could have a better understanding of what to expect. The condo offered linens and bath towels (I dont take this for granted), and there were some beach towels but not enough for our group, so I'm glad we brought our own. The area is nice, with fast food and grocery stores nearby. Our favorite place to eat was Cafe 43 downtown - their croissants are to die for! Rincon Surf School is THE place to get surfing lessons (we tried a few surf instructors and RSS is definitely the best!). Finally, if we are to come to Rincon again, we would definitely consider this very condo again.

Started good but ....... :-(

This apartment has a breathtaking view and you can't get any closer to the water. The place is very well decorated and quite equipped, but many things are already broken and need maintenance. That being said, it is absolutely necessary that if you stay here you have to take pictures of everything that is broken or else you will end up paying an astronomical price for it. That was my mistake and I ended up paying $50 for a flat sheet that was in a very bad condition and already ripped so when I used it it ripped even more. Not having evidence, they claimed that it was not like that and they kept 1/3 of my deposit. I strongly suggest that you make sure to take pictures of everything so they will not be able to blame you for anything unless you actually break something. In addition, the host will not care to answer your messages if is something she does not want to hear because she already took your money... Very unfortunate that what could have been the best experience turned into a total disappointing experience.

Hi! We take videos of our Properties before check in and after check out the flat sheet was completely torn apart and hidden. If someone finds something like that they will report it. All damages are charged.
