     This beautifully updated colonial style home is situated on a grand lot on one of the quietest streets in the Southend of West Palm Beach. The property interiors have been professional designed and installed in late 2021. The home features a marble foyer, family room, dining and living areas with views towards the pool and 4 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms.  The master suite has a king bed, 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds.

     The modern kitchen features quartz countertops and a large bay window in the breakfast nook overlooking the gardens. The dining and family room areas open up to an outdoor oasis that features a large covered patio with seating and dining areas overlooking the pool and lush, expansive gardens with landscape lighting.

     This home requires an additional $ 1500 refundable security deposit to be paid with a check or wire transfer prior to arrival (or cash at arrival).

      5 Star Villa Holidays does not rent to anyone under the age of 21. Photo ID required at arrival. The person reserving this house and signing the registration MUST occupy the premises for the entire length of stay. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund.
