You will be taken aback when you step into this beautifully decorated corner unit with a view for ALL to enjoy. With it's very spacious balcony and private access from the master room you are sure to spend most of your down time taking it all in. Don't forget to watch for the dolphins in the early morning or late evening as well as the lovely sunset/sunrises. This unit really has a lovely coastal feel to it.

This unit features a king bed and a walk in shower in the master room. The second bedroom also has a King bed as well as a beautiful combination tub/shower in the second bathroom. Wood flooring throughout and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and beautiful granite countertops with stool seats to enjoy family cooking. All are sure to add a touch of elegance to your stay.

Clean and well maintained and they had almost everything that you need for your vacation. 2 chairs and umbrella are included each day which is very helpful! Beach is right in front of the building! We will definitely be back

Loved being right on the beach. The condo was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Loved having beach chairs and umbrellas. Quick reply from the host.Will stay there again! Did a dolphin tour with Sea Blaster. We loved how fast the boat went. Played loud 80’s type music so I loved that! (Indicating my age) music was too much for some of the little kids.

The place was clean and well stocked. It was so tastefully decorated. And the VIEW! Each morning I would wake up and walk into the patio, in awe of the beauty of the ocean view. It literally took my breathe away. The location was perfect. Close enough to activity but far enough away to feel peaceful. Asking was easy. The building was quiet. Our trip was perfect!

So nice to have the umbrella and 2 chairs included! My husband had injured his ribs before the trip or else we would have used the golf pass! we did do a dolphin cruise, lots of fun,lots of dolphins!

A few days before arrival, I asked Brooks and Shorey about early check-in because family was also staying at ETW and leaving the next day. I was told our room wouldn’t be ready. We arrived around 1pm and, while visiting family on the same floor, I could see through the open blinds that room 4000 was already cleaned and ready. Despite requesting early check-in beforehand, we still had to wait until 4pm. After spending over $10,000 with Brooks and Shorey over the years, I expected better treatment as a repeat customer.Upon arrival, the refrigerator door seal was coming off, preventing the door from closing properly and causing condensation inside. We had about $400 in groceries. Maintenance brought a full-size temporary refrigerator and placed it in the living room, blocking the dining table. After 3-4 maintenance visits interrupting our vacation, the original refrigerator was repaired, but the temporary refrigerator remained in our living room for our entire 9-day stay, making the dining table unusable.Other issues included a 1/2-inch gap around the master balcony door that lets in hot air, a master toilet that requires multiple flushes, very little bathroom vanity space, and a shower that requires you to step inside to turn it on and stand in cold water while it warms up. The TVs were extremely difficult to use, and the second bedroom door sticks and does not close properly.The condo looks nice in pictures, but it clearly needs attention. We previously stayed in room 5006 for two years and switched to 4000 hoping for a better experience, but it wasn't.We spend around $5,000 each year on our stay. After three years at ETW, we have decided it is no longer worth our hard-earned money and will not return next year. I even referred family this year and they had

Because this unit was occupied the night before, it required both cleaning and inspection, and we were unable to guarantee an earlier check-in. Our optional early check-in service is only offered when we can confidently provide access before the standard check-in time. We also sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the refrigerator issue. We understand that having maintenance visit during your vacation was disruptive. Our priority was preserving your groceries and restoring the refrigerator as quickly as possible, which is why a temporary refrigerator was provided while repairs were completed. We do wish the additional concerns you mentioned, including the balcony door, toilet, shower, television operation, and bedroom door, had been reported during your stay. These issues were not brought to our attention, and had we known, we would have gladly sent our maintenance team to inspect and address any repairable items as quickly as possible. We appreciate your comments regarding the condition of the condo and will be sharing your feedback with the owner for review. We're truly sorry that this experience has led you to decide not to return.
