Reviewer Comments: only negative is first time ever experienced the pest control wanting to come in and (SPRAY) in condo while we were there. this should be coordinated with cleaning/housekeeping. while no there's no occupancy. should be handled in a much more professional way.

Pest control services are scheduled and coordinated by the HOA, and unfortunately, we are often given very little advance notice. These services operate on a strict schedule that we are unable to adjust based on occupancy. As soon as we receive notification, we do our best to inform our guests promptly. We understand that having a service provider enter during your stay can be disruptive, and we appreciate your feedback regarding communication and coordination. While we have limited control over the HOA’s scheduling, we will continue to do our best to keep our guests informed whenever these situations arise. Thank you for your understanding.

Room is ready in a timely manner! They are very responsive even during your rental phase. The room was exactly like it was shown in pictures. Clean and well maintained and they had almost everything that you need for your vacation. 2 chairs and umbrella are included each day which is very helpful! Beach is right in front of the building! We will definitely be back

Loved being right on the beach. The condo was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Loved having beach chairs and umbrellas. Quick reply from the host.Will stay there again! Did a dolphin tour with Sea Blaster. We loved how fast the boat went. Played loud 80’s type music so I loved that! (Indicating my age) music was too much for some of the little kids.

The Perfect Place

The place was clean and well stocked. It was so tastefully decorated. And the VIEW! Each morning I would wake up and walk into the patio, in awe of the beauty of the ocean view. It literally took my breathe away. The location was perfect. Close enough to activity but far enough away to feel peaceful. Asking was easy. The building was quiet. Our trip was perfect!

So nice to have the umbrella and 2 chairs included! My husband had injured his ribs before the trip or else we would have used the golf pass! we did do a dolphin cruise, lots of fun,lots of dolphins!
