Our family enjoyed four nights without any issues. It was a clean, cool (great AC) landing pad while we visited family nearby. Host was very responsive and it was a smooth process.

The property was perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortable. One small suggestion as a tea drinker is it would have been nice to have some tea bags as well as the Keurig pods. Everything else was great.

Parry Sound House

Thanks to Matt for a great place to stay! It was clean, had all the amenities we needed and was a short drive or nice walk to downtown. Perfect for a family, friends, or place to stay for a week or several days of working in the area.

Our host, Matt, was very helpful in letting us know arrival time. In fact, he allowed us to check in a couple hours early. This is our second time staying at this home; this time there were several updates or nice two things that need improved is there was an empty light socket above the dining room table, and a number of bugs crawling around on the floor. Other than that, the amenities were great! Thank you for another wonderful time!

Hi Laura, it was a pleasure to see you come back again this year! The missing lightbulb must’ve happened just before your stay and it was missed during the turnover between guests. My apologies for that! I guess if people do leave doors open going in and out ants can find their way in, but I’m still surprised since my Cleaner is meticulous with mentioning anything like that and I asked her, and they did not notice any ants or bugs at all during any recent cleans. This is the first mention of it so its a bit of a surprise. Also, after your stay, there’s no sign of ants or anything at all. Strange. For future, if there’s ever any concern of a lightbulb or an ant, etc., reach out immediately, and I will have it taken care of on the same day! I always strive to provide a very comfortable, clean and fully equipped place for all my awesome guests!

Better than Motel or Hotel

This met our needs in Parry Sound Ontario. Plenty of room for Adults, plenty of parking, spacious kitchen and bathroom. Will book again.

The host was readily available and helpful with questions that I had the first couple of days. The residence was clean, newly renovated and comfortable. We’re a little thicker definitely be coming back.

A spacious and clean space with all the amenities!

Stayed for a weekend with some friends in Parry Sound. The house is spacious and clean, beds are comfortable, and all appliances in very good working condition. The house is a bit of a trek from the lake, but not very far and very easy to access beaches and hiking trails by driving. The owner was very communicative and helpful! Definitely recommend staying here if you are going to Parry Sound!

Great location

Nice quiet street. Clean house (except under the bed where I dropped my medication and the livingroom area rug needs to be cleaned.) House was a good size. Needed garbage bags for garbage can but couldn’t find any. Over all a nice stay in a nice location. I would stay again

Isabella Street Parry Sound

The place was great and worked very well for us. We especially appreciated two things: 1) that the owner cleared the massive snowfall so quickly and thoroughly; and 2) that we could control the temperature in each room.My only suggestion for improvement would be more lighting in living room, but this is a very small point.

Fiddle Camp 2023

The home was perfect for us. We taught fiddle music all day and relaxed in a very comfortable home. Matt has decorated the home so that it feels good. the kitchen has adequate dishes and utensils. The bedrooms have dressers and lots of closet space. The bathroom has a deep tub for soaking achy joints. Everything was perfect for our needs. Matt was constantly in contact with any necessary messages.

Comfortable, Clean, Well Appointed, Air Con was On, Well Supplied.

Us 4 Sisters, well traveled were impressed with our stay. 3 sis kept saying "well done" to me. Outside seats mite of been nice, tho avbl in porch. Too hot to sit out in screened-in-porch. (screen needs fixing for bug control). &, as usual as everywhere else, More Towel Racks! 1 rack on door wobbly. Overall-A RE-DO.
