- NOTE: Although this property offers step-free entry and bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor, interior stairs are required to access the downstairs bonus room. There is step-free exterior access to the basement but requires someone to unlock the door from the interior

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. One camera is facing the driveway and front entrance area and the other camera is on the back of the house facing the yard and boat dock. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion
