In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 4, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental sleeps 4, offers a screened porch that overlooks Kiawah's award-winning Roy Barth Tennis Center, and is a 10-minute walk to the beach.

This first-floor Tennis Club Villa features a one-story layout with ample natural light and beautiful hardwood flooring. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and views of the Roy Barth Tennis Courts. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area and provides ample counter space to prepare your vacation meals. The cozy dining area serves as the perfect entertainment space as it offers tennis views, ample seating, and close proximity to the kitchen.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV (streaming only), and a private bathroom with a double sink vanity and a shower and bathtub combination.

The secondary bedroom is perfect for kids as it offers 2 twin-sized beds, a TV, and a secondary bathroom that is also accessible from the hall. The secondary bathroom also features a shower and bathtub combination.

The screened porch is a perfect spot to drink your coffee, lounge, and watch tennis!

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day, with a maximum of two (2) pets. Cats are not permitted. Contact us directly to add pets to your reservation.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Management company was great. Location is great. Here are the concerns: -king mattress desparately needs to be replaced-bed linens are worn and do not properly fit the mattress--they constantly pull off the corners each night.-kitchen faucet doesn't swivel like it should

We’ve always had a great experience with Akers Ellis. They are great to work with and very responsive, but this was our least favorite property of theirs we have stayed at. We knew the property was dated from the photos, but the mattresses and bedding could desperately use updating.

Great location for tennis and pickleball

Easy walk to courts. Good open play pickleball. Tennis clinics wonderful. Easy bike ride to beach. Beachwalk 27 is the closest. Easy walk to the Sanctuary for great dinner and music on the lawn.

Great condo for Kiawah stay!

Great location, dog and kid friendly condo in Kiawah. Close to many activities and condo is end unit with privacy (trees surrounding the property). It has a great screened in porch and the weather was cool so we could keep the patio door open when we had dinner. Excellent communication with the property manager when I had questions. When we arrived, the unit was welcoming (lamps on, music playing). The beach was a close walk/bike ride - would definitely recommend for families with pets.

Property was generally fine. One burner on kitchen stove seems to be not working and the loveseat creaks so we were a little concerned about it.

Extremely disappointed!

Extremely disappointed! The property was somewhat clean. We had an unwelcome visitor crawling on the wall the last night of our stay. The beds & living room furniture were extremely uncomfortable. Wll definitely not be staying at this property again . Reached out to the property management company after check-out with no response.

We are again truly sorry to hear of your disappointment. As you stated, you reached out to us after your departure and mentioned something on the wall. Our associate replied 6 minutes after the email was received. Regrettably, due to our climate and Kiawah being a wooded barrier island, one or two bugs/insects isn't uncommon. The villa has quarterly treatments, and while we do our best to ensure the pests remain outside, sometimes they do make their way in. We are pleased to see that no other guests have reported similar issues or opinions. Regardless, we have sent your comments to our team to investigate and address as needed.
