"Shells N Sunshine" is an updated three-bedroom, one bonus room, three-bath private home with a heated swimming pool and spa, located in a quiet neighborhood at the northern end of the island. The upper level has three bedrooms and two baths, the lower level has one bedroom and bath. This amazing vacation destination is less than a 2-minute walk to Estero Boulevard and 7 miles of white sugar sand beach. Amenities include WiFi, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and a private laundry. The fenced-in backyard has a large paved deck around the heated pool with a spa that flows over into the pool. There are lounge chairs, a covered area with tables and chairs, and a gas grill.

On arrival, there is off-street parking. Entry to the large upper level is via two sets of stairs to a covered furnished deck on two sides overlooking the pool area, with entry into the open plan living area, kitchen, and dining areas. There is beautiful wood tile flooring throughout. The large kitchen has plenty of granite countertops with tile backsplash and cabinets stocked with all the necessary items to prepare full-course meals or just snacks and coffee. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, dishwasher, and side-by-side refrigerator with freezer drawer with exterior ice and water dispenser. The large granite-top island has cabinets and drawers on the kitchen side and four bar stools on the dining and living area side. The adjacent dining area has a table seating four, and there are sliding glass doors from here providing access to the covered furnished upper deck with a convenient extra refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. This deck overlooks the pool and spa on the lower level. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is just off the kitchen. The kitchen flows into the living area which is nicely furnished with a sleeper sofa and matching loveseat, end table, and lamp. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV above.

The master bedroom with en suite bath has a four-poster king-size bed, nightstand and lamp, corner table, chest of drawers with large flat-screen TV, and a large walk-in closet. This bedroom has a private outside access door. The bathroom has a single-piece vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with a glass door and glass wall. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a five-drawer chest, ample closet space, and a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom has two single beds, a nightstand and lamp, a five-drawer chest, ample closet space, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The adjacent guest bathroom has a single-piece vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower.
