Quiet neighborhood yet along the bus line and close to the Van Ness metro. On the top floor, felt private and cozy. Comfortable furnishings, elegant bathroom. Host was very timely with responses and overall helpful.

It is a very quiet location, not suitable for anyone with physical impairments as you must climb two flights of stairs and one flight of a spiral staircase that is very narrow. Host was very accommodating of our request after our arrival but didn't appear to be prepared for us in advance. Over all our stay was fine but I am not sure luxury is a good discriptive word for it.

Great location. We didn’t need a car and the bus stop was very close so we could move around the city easily. We didn’t mind the stairs and space was lovely. Host was fantastic and the communication was excellent.

Good location close to Georgetown, American University in a safe, upscale neighborhood. Apartment was bright, airy and quiet. Would stay here again when visiting friends in Georgetown

Great energy beautiful space and view.

I loved staying in this penthouse modern rooftop. The private entrance is a plus but even the main entrance is semi private. The space was well designed and comfortable. Loved my stay here.

Lovely suite

We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed suite. No problem finding parking. Be aware that there are lots of stairs and a spiral staircase to get to the suite.

The host was incredibly responsive and answered every question we had. The location was desirable and amended the opportunity for easy access. My three highest complaints were: (1) the HVAC was not adjustable for the entirety of our stay (2) the WiFi was not accessible for the entirety of our stay, and because the climate control was thru a google nest, we could not change the temperature. Also, we realized there was no coffee or bath soap available in the space once we checked in. We had to make a special shopping trip to get these items. Overall, the host was helpful and responsive, but for the money we paid, I would expect for basic necessities to be furnished.

Comfort, quiet in a great location

This property is a small penthouse in a safe, quiet neighborhood near, but not in the middle, of Washington. Transportation and nice neighborhood bistros and shopping are nearby. The property owners live onsite and are sensitive to their guests needs. The accommodations are spacious with everything one needs, and more.
