The Villa features 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 1&2 being a spacious jack&Jill. 2 fully equipped kitchens and multiple living areas, giving everyone room to gather while still having their own space.

One of the highlights is the spectacular 100-ft-wide oceanfront patio, where the Atlantic becomes the backdrop to your stay. Dine beneath enchanting tree lights, relax on comfortable outdoor sofas beside two fire pits, or head down to the lower beachfront terrace and gather around one of two bonfire areas under the stars.

Inside the Main Residence

The main quarters feature two spacious living rooms overlooking the ocean. One offers a massive 90-inch TV for movie nights, while the second features a 60-inch TV. Both include fireplaces—one electric and one wood-burning—for a cozy atmosphere year-round.

The primary suite is a private retreat with beautiful ocean views and its own patio—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day.

The spacious en-suite bathroom features a large walk-in closet, luxurious soaking tub and rainfall shower for a spa-like experience.

The Villa’s main living spaces and primary bedroom were designed to take full advantage of the spectacular oceanfront setting, keeping the Atlantic front and center throughout your stay.

Private Guest House / In-Law Suite

The adjoining guest quarters provide additional privacy and flexibility for multi-family stays.

Configure the space as 3 bedrooms, or as 2 bedrooms plus a private third living room. The flexible third room includes a luxury queen sleeper sofa and a closing door, allowing it to function as a private bedroom when needed.

The guest quarters also include their own second fully equipped kitchen, primary suite with walk-in closet, living space, washer and dryer.

For relaxing beach days, you’ll also find a beach tent, umbrellas and chairs ready for the sand.

Back at the Villa, enjoy cornhole, giant Connect 4, pool volleyball, a pool basketball hoop, plus a selection of board and card games for both kids and adults.

Bask on the oceanfront sun deck, sway in the hammocks with the sea breeze, gather around the fire at sunset, spend the day surfing, or simply do absolutely nothing but listen to the waves. 🌊

Pool heating is available for $25 per night, with a $150 minimum.
