The Nautical Beach Suite - Casa Costa 314S Resort Style - 1 Bedroom (2 Beds unit), Pools, Jacuzzi, Beach, Shops & Dog Friendly with free parking!

Please be advised that there is currently construction taking place in the building, and the balcony may not be available for use. Additionally, the jacuzzi and beach pool are undergoing maintenance and are currently closed.



The lap pool remains open and available for your use.



Casa Costa waterfront condos are located in sunny Boynton Beach, Florida.

Parking space: this unit includes a free assigned parking assigned in the garage. The parking space is compact we do not recommend large trucks or SUVs. If you have a larger vehicle, you may park it with valet which cost $15 per day that charge must be paid to valet.



Amenities:

1 Queen-size bedroom, 1 sofa bed and full bed, well-equipped kitchen, with Ikea style furniture with large flat screen TV, carpet floors, marble bathroom, exotic granite countertops and dramatic lighting and art, free secure Wi-Fi, washer and dryer. Full bed does overlook the balcony in a split living room bedroom design. Please review the pictures.

DOG RULES (If you have your pup with you)



No more than 1 dog permitted per stay.



The Fee: $100 per dog/per stay



Please: *pick up all messes after pup

*never leave the dog unattended without a kennel

*have dog leashed when outside of the unit

*do not let your dog swim/drink/play in the pool/hot tub

*all vet records must be updated and presented if asked while on-premises - especially Flea/Tick treatment information

REMINDER: There are exterior cameras on the premises



Smoking any substance, vaping, lighting of candles, incense charcoal grills, etc., is prohibited while a vacation rental guest there is a $200 fine if smoking is detected.



Pool:

2 Pools (Beach style and Lap Pool) and jacuzzi!



Discounted promotional rates are offered for two guests only additional guests fee of $25 per person if room capacity allows per day.



Costa Costa is a pet-friendly community, but along with that comes specific responsibilities that pertain to those Residents who are pet owners.

For example, management has received several complaints recently about Residents not walking their dogs securely, under control on a leash (6 foot maximum) in the common areas of the building.

Adhering to this is very important for the safety of Residents and pets alike.



Please see below a refresher of the Rules and Regulations

section 2.10 regarding pets:



a) Pet Ownership

ii. All Residents, including those in transient units as well as renters, must register all pets with the management office.

v. Pets may not be left unattended on balconies, terraces, patios and/or lanai areas.



c) Common Areas/Lobby

i) A pet must be on a maximum 6’ leash and under control at all times when in public or common interior areas of the building (including hallways) as well as on exterior property, adjoining sidewalks, etc.

iii. Pets are not allowed to roam freely or play in the hallways or any other interior common areas.



d. Pet Waste / Relief

i. Each Unit Owner and each Occupant shall be responsible for immediately picking up after any animal kept in such Unit Owner’s or Occupant’s respective Unit, including, without limitation, removing any waste deposited by such animal anywhere on the Common Elements or anywhere on the Property. Residents must pick up excrement deposited by their pets on Association grounds. Pet stations are located on the East side of the Casa Costa building

ii. Dogs are prohibited from relieving themselves at or near the front lobby entrance and in the garage. This includes for example: doors, sidewalks, walls planters and shrubs

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. Vacation Insurance is highly recommended.

Very nice property close to restaurants and boynton beach. I would stay again. Carpet is dirty probably should be removed

Very Clean, Safe, Comfortable

My husband and I spent 10 days here. The condo was supplied with all the things advertised. The neighborhood is safe and very walk-able for all kinds of food and needs. The ocean is very, very close. Furniture is comfortable, although a little low for standing up from at our age. The view is just of a parking lot, but we used the balcony alot because the view was better than the snow we left back home. We definitely would stay here again.

Not good for seniors

This place is Not good for seniors, all most furniture is really low, especially toilet n bath to high n wide to step in. Couple minor things broke where broken. Lots not used much things were dusty n crumbs.

Disappointing

The condo was not intended for seniors with the low commode and HIGH tub enclosure
this should have been mentioned in your ad. We overlooked an old cracked parking lot
hardly romantic! And the carpet was filthy. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Great location, Condo building is suspect

The check in process very cumbersome, especially when given the wrong code for the lock box. We where on the 3rd floor and the elevator only let you go off of it and could not enter from 3rd floor to go up or down. Same on 2nd floor. The assigned parking sport is a serious 5 min drive in a parking garage and on a different floor. The unit itself was fine for our use. Odd not having a living room and a bed by the sliders to the balcony, but again, it was fine us. The unit doesn't have internet.

Nice area! Well located property

Arrived late. Condo smelled like cigarette smoke. Condo was dirty. Dirty sheets and pillow cases with blood on them. Pubic hair in the tub and blood on the bath mat in the bathroom. For some reason the management company thought it would be acceptable to have to call them and give them a chance to clean the condo again that night. They did come the next day. Only one elevator key for two days. Work is being done to upgrade elevators so main elevators was not working whole time. South elevators 1 was being worked on whole time. Exterior of building pool side was being worked on only access was from north elevators on the other end of the building. Not a great experience. Good news is the elevators will be better for others
