The property was exactly as pictured and described. The host was completely available and communicated well. The property is very close to food, sites, the beach, and downtown. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Clearwater

What a great spot!

We have really enjoyed out stay. Anna was greet to communicate with. The place is just as pictured. The location is great.. close to various beaches. The kitchen was stalked. The bedrooms were super comfortable. The place was spotless. We felt safe here and enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back again.

Vacation in Clearwater

We thoroughly enjoyed 5 weeks at this well equipped condo. The owner,Anna was a pleasure with whom to deal. It was a very short drive to Sand Key and Clearwater Beaches and a great place to walk to the impressive Scientology building and Capitol Theater Good shopping nearby and close to Costco and the airport. It would be wise to have a car. Thank you ,Anna.

Well equipped, good location

This property has so many amenities (cookware, beach stuff, toiletries); definitely appreciated that. Communication with the host was very good, and she's responsive. Location to the Clearwater beaches is a short drive over the causeway, which is nice to be away from the hustle of the beach area of you need that. The common hallways of the property (outside of host's control) reeked of cigarettes, even though smoking isn't allowed in the condos.Overall, this was a great place to stay, especially if flying in to stay here - needed minimal things to bring/buy.

Wonderful host

We stayed in this unit because we were having new flooring installed and could not be in the condo. It ticked off all of our needs: bedroom, 2 bathrooms one with walk in shower, washer/dryer, living room and kitchen. Anna is a most gracious host and immediately responded to our questions.

We felt VERY comfortable here

We (couple from Germany / for 30 years vacation in Florida) were in May 2023 for 30 days in this accommodation and felt VERY comfortable. We were probably the first tenants, the apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. There was a bottle of red wine and various nibbles ready to welcome us. The accommodation was VERY clean and tastefully decorated. There was nothing missing. Anna (the owner) asked several times if everything was okay and if we still had wishes. The accommodation is located in a safe and quiet side street. We can recommend this accommodation 100% and rate it with 5 stars. Juergen & Sabine Another tip: Clearwater Beach (very crowded) is about 11 minutes / 3.6 miles by car. We preferred Indian Rocks Beach, about 19 minutes / 7.2 miles by car. The Indian Rocks Beach is a little bit narrow, but not so crowded. Here you can still park for free (23th, 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th Ave N).
