Welcome to this brand-new construction property completed in March 2023 and professionally designed for your comfort. This 7 bedroom, 5.5 bath house is everything a renter longs for. A first-floor master bedroom with a large walk-in closet, ensuite bath, double vanity, a large shower and a soaking bathtub. The master bedroom opens onto the outdoor deck and the swimming pool. Up on the 2nd floor, another Junior master bedroom offers a walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a double vanity sink. 4 of the 7 bedrooms in the house have king sized beds and the other 3 have queen size beds and all but 2 of the 7 bedrooms have an in-room smart TV. Living, dining rooms and master bedroom all face the outdoor garden and the swimming pool through walls of bay windows. The marble full-sized kitchen is outfitted with top of the line stainless steel appliances including a Viking Range and microwave, a Miele fridge, a large dishwasher and a 16 bottles wine cooler.

The lower level is just an extension of the house with full height 9.5 feet ceilings, 2 large bedrooms with double windows (one of which can also serve as an office space ), a movie room with a large daybed for lounging and a 75 inch smart TV with Sonos surround sound, and a luxurious fully separate fitness room with full sized Rogue Fitness Dumbbells, kettlebells and a flat/reclining bench as well as SoulCycle bike, treadmill, Yoga matts, yoga ball, yoga blocks, jump rope and multiple resistance bands. When you're done with your workout, indulge in the Infrared Sauna. A fully separate laundry room with a large size washer and dryer, storage cabinets and a large vanity complete this section of the house.

The house is fully wired for a very strong internet connection with multiple access points using professional commercial grade equipment. There are also 4 Nest Thermostats with 4 separate zones, one exclusively for the master bedroom, one for the first floor area, one for the second floor and another one for the lower level.

Outdoors, this house has a 16x32 gunite pool with an outdoor shower, single loungers and a large double lounger, a restoration hardware dining table that can accommodate 10 people, 2 sofas and a coffee table. There is a detached two car garage with 2 parking spots that are fully separated. Only one of the parking spots is available with the rental of this house unless otherwise noted.
*Please note that between Memorial Day and Labor Day, there is a minimum pet fee of $1,000

*A refundable cash security deposit of 10% is required for this property. Information with respect to the payment and administration of the security deposit is governed by a separate Security Deposit Agreement between owner and guest, that shall be signed by both parties prior to check-in.

Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.
For energy conservation purposes, the pool heater may only be operational from 8am to 6pm.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.
