"Poinciana Treetop" fait partie de la propriété du groupe de deux unités "Poinciana Place", située à moins de 2 pâtés de maisons de Duval Street et du centre de tout ce que Key West a à offrir.

"Poinciana Treetop" est une unité ensoleillée et décontractée d'une chambre située au deuxième étage. Prenez l'escalier avant jusqu'au deuxi��me étage et profitez de la brise des îles. La cuisine a un grand réfrigérateur et une petite cuisinière à gaz 4 feux, mixeur, micro-ondes et un grille-pain. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit, d'une télévision par câble et d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. La chambre King dispose d'une télévision par câble et d'une salle de bains privative avec une combinaison baignoire / douche. Ouvrez les portes françaises de votre chambre et sortez dans la véranda au deuxième étage. Profitez d'une terrasse commune avec barbecue au gaz, d'un jardin luxuriant, d'une terrasse arrière avec des chaises longues et d'un ensemble à manger en plein air. L'ensemble lave-linge et sèche-linge extérieur est idéalement situé ici. Out of all the years we’ve been coming to Key West, this was by far the cleanest u it I’ve ever stayed in. Location was good, and the rental company was amazing. Stay here, you won’t regret it

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd stay. We are obsessed with this jem of a property. The local, comfortable bed! The place has everything you would need for your stay. It's clean and just smells so good working through the door. We love the staff in the office! But seriously book. We travel a lot.. this place still sits at #1 our any rentals we have booked.

This property was great! Super clean and very cute. Perfect size for a couple or a couple plus a child or 1 guest. Its has 3 outdoor area options (2 little balconies and a very pretty shared backyard) which is a huge plus! And the location is fabulous- right in the heart of Old Town Key West- walkable to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and the inside was very clean with all the amenities. Need to watch your step on the driveway as people walking their dogs with leave the poop.

My husband and I drove down from Cape Coral. This place was very close to everything, yet quite and very peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place was on the smallish side, but was a good use of space, and perfect for the two of us. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioners worked beautifully to keep us comfortable from the humidity. We loved the balconies where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee. But the best part of this place is how close it is to Duval Street and all of the restaurants, bars, and shoppes. It was great being able to walk everywhere and be close to everything, but yet was quiet at night. You can hear the local roosters crowing in the morning, but we found that to be fun/charming vs. Annoying.
