Relax and enjoy your vacation in this updated, light and airy vacation rental. You will love the serene screened-in porch with comfortable chairs to enjoy the outdoors with a cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen features new appliances to cover your cooking needs including oven, stovetop, full size refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave and more. The dining room table provides the perfect setting for gathering together and sharing a meal. The modular living room furniture provides a comfortable place to gather together for a movie or a sports event on TV.

Three bedrooms give your traveling party space to relax apart after long days spent enjoying the beach, pool, or tennis and pickleball facility. The Primary Bedroom boasts a soaking tub and a steam shower. The second bedroom shares the hallway full-size bathroom and the third bedroom enjoys an ensuite bathroom.

The pool is a short walk from the covered parking or from your porch. The beach access is also easily accessible by a short walk. In June and July, take advantage of the golf cart shuttle run by the security team.

Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

Two spaces are at the Villa, 1 is overflow.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
