Welcome to Lake-It-Easy, the vacation spot you have been searching for! This lake view home has plenty of off-street parking and a structured pathway down to the dock. The floor plan is perfect for families to gather or spread out! With 3 levels to keep you entertained, the house is light, bright, spacious, and inviting, with plenty of comfortable seating to gather around.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy your vacation. There are plenty of dishes and cookware. Enjoy tons of counter and cabinet space and a breakfast bar perfect for dining or setting-out food for entertaining. Off the kitchen is a combination powder room and laundry room.

With 4 bedrooms, everyone can have a private spot. The Primary Suite is on the main level with King size bed and large flat-screen TV, spacious and en suite. A comfortable place to grab some ZZZZZs after a fun filled day on the lake! Go upstairs to three more sleeping areas—a family suite with a Queen bed, a Double bed in its own adjoining room, and a pull-out sofa. Another Queen room resides on this level with plenty of space and a lounge area just outside the door for a space to chill and read. The last room has a bunk bed and beautiful views of the lake. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TV`s.

One of our favorite spots is the screened-in porch. It seems to be where everyone wants to gather—a bug free zone where a table for six people to sit and nosh with extra comfy seating on sofas around a propane fire pit table. Hours can be lost in this stress free environment.

The Lower Level Family Game Room will keep the kids AND adults occupied. You can watch TV, play board games and enjoy your family and friends. Walk out to the patio and play a game of cornhole. From the patio, you can make your way down the pathway to the dock and boat access.

You won`t want to leave this lake oasis because there are many areas to entertain. Super conveniently located, and
access to dining and activities is a breeze. You are a six-mile drive to Halesford Bridge, featuring some of the best shopping and dining around the lake.

Notice: Outdoor security cameras are in use on the grounds for the safety and security of our guests and property. Cameras are positioned only in exterior areas (e.g., driveway, entrances, dock) and do not monitor any private or indoor spaces.

Linens with make up service included. This includes sheets, pillowcases, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth per person up to the maximum occupancy of the home, as well as a kitchen starter kit.
House Rules for Your Stay

Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.

Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.

Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.

No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.

Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.

Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.

Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.

Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.
