Nos appartements de South Beach ont été ouverts en 2015 et sont rapidement devenus une destination préférée des visiteurs d'Ocean City. Situé à seulement un pâté de maisons de la plage et de la promenade, chaque unité a tout ce dont votre famille a besoin pour des vacances à la plage amusantes! Cozy and cute

This apartment was just as described. It had everything you would need and was pretty comfortable. I am sure that it is very noisy in the neighborhood when crowded. There was lots of drunken noise at 3 a.m. from across the alley even in the off season. The floors and shower stall could use a little more attention but overall a very nice stay. Considering the price I would rent again.

Great location to beach and boardwalk

Overall our stay was great. We had plenty of space for 7 of us. 4 adults and 3 kids. The apartment is close to the beach and boardwalk. I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the apartment. The walls were pretty dirty, stained cushions on the chairs, and nothing to clean with. Also, there were no forks, 1 knife, a couple of spoons, few pans, and zero plates. I had to go out and buy basically everything for my stay. We left behind what we didn’t use for the next people. Basically bring everything to make your stay easier. Upon check in we were told by the desk clerk that there was a fee of $99 and some change for MD state tax, when inquiring about the fee to the manager he threw his hands up in the air and walked away from us. Poor management skills. There wasn’t any info on this fee on the site at all.

Good for a short stay

We had a group of 8 people stay in a 2 bedroom unit. Overall, we had a good stay. Property is located about a block and a half from the breach. The property was clean and had more space then expected. Shower did not drain well. We did let maintenance know, however they did not seem concerned and did not make an effort to fix the drainage issue. This did make it difficult for 8 people to shower back to back to get ready to go out. This property is very strict on noise. If you plan on spending any time in the property at night for anything other then sleeping, I would recommend you stay somewhere else. Walls are VERY thin so you it will seem as though you are being loud even if you are not. Overall, it was a fine property to sleep in for a few nights.

Not bad

Spacious enough for my family of 6. Convenient location that you can walk to restaurants, boardwalk, beach. Mix of guests from families to college age groups. Was not impressed with cleanliness of apartment upon check in. I was in touch with property manager who was very prompt in responding and attentive to the problems.

Awesome!

This place was great for my birthday getaway. The only thing I can say is there weren’t enough pillows in the rooms and they couldn’t provide us with extra. Lastly, there was no iron/ironing board so we used the dryer as a last resort. Overall I would def stay here again!

Efficient but lacking

The south beach apartments were super clean and were in an amazing location! Our biggest complaint was lack of essentials. When I called and spoke with the renter I was told all the essentials were in the apartments. Very few pans to use and no pots, there wasn’t a coffee pot, plenty of plates/cups/silverware. Just wish we would have known about no coffee pot and really no pots/pans, I would have packed them. Again it could be due to COVID that this was lacking so I don’t fault them for it. We did end up buying a coffee pot and leaving it in the apartment for the next guest. Other than that we were very satisfied with every thing from check-in to check-out.

You are correct , we have worked hard to eliminate some of the high touch items in the units during this COVID pandemic however we do try our best to stay stocked up on pots and pans. Midweek vacation

With a cleaning fee we thought it would be clean. Toilet was not clean and floors were not swept. Could tell it was a very speedy cleaning job. Bought cleaning products and cleaned ourselves so we could enjoy. Nice facility. We did enjoy ourselves but if ever stayed again would be prepared to bring necessary cleaning products.

Summer vacation 2019

Our family enjoyed the stay very much. Location was wonderful for us. Close enough to the beach but far enough off the boardwalk where it was quiet for us. I only gave 4/5 stars because the only thing I would say I would have a bad review about was I noticed between the fridge and counter that there was stuff that needed cleaned up. So the fridge just needed pulled out and cleaned beside. Other then that I was throughly pleased with everything. Would stay here again for sure

Perfect for Senior Week

I rented this apartment for my daughter and several of her friends who wanted to stay in OCMD for senior week. It’s very clean and cute especially compared to others available for this particular week in OC and I was told the listing photos accurately portray the rental. The location is excellent for walking just a minute to the boardwalk and beach. The manager was direct in his communication and our security deposit was refunded promptly. They have done a very nice job restoring, updating and maintaining this property as well as the motel next door. I was unsure about how this was going to turn out and ended up being pleased. The kids liked the proximity to the beach and boardwalk.

South Beach Apts were GREAT!!

My family and I loved the South Beach Apts. It was perfect for our large family. The only complaint...The pool that was in the pic is misrepresented. It looks much larger.

Great all around experience

Nice spacious and clean rooms, and common areas. Within walking distance of Boardwalk, beaches, and bars/restaurants, but still quiet despite proximity. Would definitely reccomend and stay again.

Sleek, sharp, stunning

This was my first stay at this hotel and I had a blast thanks to Manager James. I needed a list of places to take all of my girlfriends including bars, restaurants, and nail salons...we like to venture out and strut our stuff in the middle of the winter. I don't care what anyone says, I have a sexy rear. Regardless, James helped me out with finding those places. Dreamy!

A Must Stay in OC

This place was simply amazing. Excellent location just across the 50 bridge. 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Several bars and restaurants within walking distance including the World Famous M.R. Ducks. The apartment was a great size and looked brand new. The managerial staff were very helpful, easy check-in and check-out. Definitely looking forward to returning for years to come.
