We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos
This CozySuite is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

Note: This is a garden style unit that requires 1-2 floors of stairs. Please reach out to us before booking if you can't do stairs because we do have ground floor units!

We are located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in 1 place, just across the street from our building!
Getting Around:
Ideally located close to different attractions, we are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere!
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Host communicated very well and check in/check out was very easy. The location shown on VRBO website has the property .11 miles from the stadium, but the actual location is 1.11 miles.

Everything was great with this place. My only issue was the location that was provided for it wasn’t accurate. It shows it being right by the stadium but it isn’t by the stadium. Other than that everything was great.

Glendale/phoenix stay
Had an amazing stay! Very close to so many restaurants and attractions. Outside of Phoenix so more quiet and safe. Very clean and spacious rental. Could use more comfy furniture in the living room. Property manager was responsive to emails. Overall, great stay!

First, note that location is 25 minute walk to stadium so they are lying about location. Checkin was not pleasant and delayed due to room not being ready even tho I got text saying would be ready at 4pm. Master bath sink backed up from start and never fixed (I contacted them daily on our five night trip). The smell made the bathroom unusable. No wristband for the pool. Folded bath towels still wet. Broken chair. Shower faucets difficult to turn off. I could go on…

The furnace filter was so dirty it was struggling to suck air to run.
The outdoor grounds were pretty dirty. Dog crap everywhere squished on the sidewalks.
Beds were comfortable. The location was great and very convenient.
We were never given a code for the gate and that was a minor inconvenience.
