Lyonia - Incroyable emplacement central à l'aquarelle! Mise à jour du décor - À côté des courts de tennis - 3 vélos!

Ce cottage WaterColor déborde d'élégance côtière. Le 35 Lyonia dispose de superbes porches, d'un mobilier rustique et de couleurs gaies. Il est situé dans le quartier des chalets de WaterColor. Cet emplacement est à distance de marche de la piscine et des courts de tennis. À 35 Lyonia, vous êtes à quelques minutes du Beach Club, du lieu de rassemblement pour les sushis, de l’Inn and Spa, ou du meilleur restaurant sur 30A au Fish Out of Water.



Le porche comporte une grande table de pique-nique et une superbe terrasse. Vous entrez dans la maison directement dans la grande cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et salon qui est rempli de lumière. Ces espaces fonctionnent ensemble et contiennent les fonctions importantes de chacun. De beaux planchers de pin broyent la maison et réunissent les textures de la plage et les couleurs du mobilier et des œuvres d'art. Grand et ample mobilier confortable offrent une place pour tout le monde.



La salle à manger peut accueillir 8 personnes et est la taille idéale pour retrouver le plaisir de la journée. La cuisine a beau granit, des tonnes d'armoires, des appareils en acier inoxydable. 



La chambre du premier étage comprend un lit king-size, une salle de bains avec un combo douche / baignoire et une coiffeuse privée. Cette salle de bain est partagée avec le salon et la cuisine mais a une vanité séparée pour les invités.  



La suite principale est sur la cuisine avec un lit king size et salle de bain. Vous avez accès au porche de cette pièce. La salle de bain est incroyable, la baignoire est incluse dans la douche fermée ... dégageant la sensation d'un hammam!



Il y a aussi une buanderie à cet étage juste à côté de la cuisine.



La chambre du deuxième étage accueille deux lits jumeaux, un lit superposé et un lit gigogne et peut accueillir 5 personnes au total et dispose d'une salle de bain privée. 



Passez la journée à vous détendre sur des chaises de plage sous un parasol, promenez-vous le long des rivages de sable blanc ou nagez dans les eaux scintillantes du golfe du Mexique. Les environs regorgent de distractions amusantes, que ce soit pour le golf, la randonnée, le vélo à la plage, le shopping, assister à un festival ou profiter d'un des nombreux restaurants proposant des délices culinaires pour chaque palette.

Great spot, house is showing it's wear

Such a great spot to vacation with young kids, loved staying in Watercolor. This house is totally functional, but definitely showing it's wear, and it was not particularly clean when we arrived.

Watercolor at Thanksgiving; enough said

Wonderful small family reunion week. We've stayed on this quiet cove many times over the years and love the access to Seaside and all the Watercolor amenities. The house suited our six adults perfectly and had room for more.

With this property you are paying for the upscale Watercolor and location, not the home itself. We give the community (pools/lakes/vibes/proximity to Seaside and shore) an A. But the home:- overall dirty / stained- worn floors, walls, countertops- overall dark / low sunlight location. Don’t think beach house but instead a more deep woods, cabin feel.- tech/TVs outdated- upstairs extremely warm at night- back porch dusty and loud backed up to tennis courts. Lots of loud instructing in the AM.- bikes not well maintained (poor alignment, rusted parts, missing reflectors)- low quality kitchen pans/appliancesThe place doesn’t need a thorough cleaning. It needs a detailing with a paint touchup and furniture/appliance upgrades. Of all properties we’ve stayed on 30a over the years, this is clearly the least cared for as a revolving door bare bones rental prop.In addition, we are convinced management co. 30aVacay does not have humans working for them. Or at least not client facing. I clearly was interacting with an AI bot on all matters the entire stay.We are very active and don’t spend a lot of time in the house. So the property gave us what we needed, minus the uncomfortably warm nights for the kids upstairs. But for anyone expecting the house to be a primary factor for your experience, this is not your place.

This unit has not been receiving the attention it needs for the rental price. It’s dirty; baseboards are dusty, doors and doorframes are discolored by fingerprints and grime. The floors in the bathrooms had been cleaned but not well behind the toilets and around the baseboards. There was a water bowl and tennis balls left on the screened porch indicating housekeeping hadn’t clean it at all after the prior renter with a dog checked out. In addition, it needs maintenance; a fresh coat of paint throughout including walls, doors, frames, and cabinet doors and drawers which are badly scuffed and worn in the kitchen and bathrooms. Two of the three commodes were not flushing properly. Great location with easy access to tennis, pickleball, pools and Seaside.

Inappropriate value

The rate needs to reflect the condition of the property. This property needs a small investment to get up to the standards of similarly priced homes in the area. This, along with a complete and thorough cleaning, the value will be in balance with other comps. The grill needs to be replaced. Excessive bacteria.

Good Stay

The property is right next to the tennis courts. That worked for us but if you don’t like hearing pickleball all hours of the day you might not be happy. We love the sport and had no issue. You can literally walk right out the back porch to the courts. The property is cozy and older. We had a few things that didn’t work and the management company was awesome. Came right out and fixed it. There are two big king bedrooms on the first floor with separate baths and a kids room upstairs which was nice. The kids room sleeps 5 and has its own bathroom. The only concerns we had is the blinds in the bedrooms do not block much light. Coupled with the tennis court noise you will be up early. Not an issue for us but something to consider. Other issue is only three bikes. Wish they had at least 5 because it’s so convenient to bike every where. Comes with 8 wristbands which is great and is close to everything.

Needs some Care

We love this location but the house needs a deep cleaning and some care and attention. Maids should check behind the doors for major dust. We had 3 gum wrappers in one bedroom. Upstairs shower sprayed to the Ceiling and should be tightened or will cause more damage. We definitely left the kitchen sink in better condition than when we arrived.

Cute house! Loved Watercolor!

The property was fine but we did have an issue with the refrigerator. The motor was so loud and it sounded like it was going to go out at any time. We reported it however it was not repaired nor did a maintenance crew ever come look at it. I feel that was something that could have been handled to make our stay perfect.

Close to everything. Seaside town center is a 5 minute walk out your back door. Camp Watercolor 5 minute walk out the front door. Very well appointed and nicely decorated.

Great location in a wonderful community

Property was as advertised, if not better in person. The location was ideal for splitting time between the ocean, Seaside shops and eating, and Watercolor or pools. It was a very relaxing trip and we'd stay here again.

Fall Break

The kitchen could have been cleaner. I wiped down the counters and refrigerator shelves. I washed the silverware and its plastic holder, which had crumbs in it. The rest of the house was good.

Excellent home and Watercolor cannot be beat. If you are a tennis player you have courts right out your back door. All of the walking trails and the property is just amazing. Beach club is top notch too. This unit came with Beach Club passes. An absolute must!
