*Maximum Certified Number of Guests for this home is 4 (2 adults and 1-2 children)
*Up to 4 wristbands are included to access Watercolor’s 5 pools, including the Beach Club pool and Camp Watercolor, as well as access to the private beach. The wristbands are issued to registered guests that are staying at the home, and strictly limited by the home’s Maximum Certified Number of Guests.
*This home has a private driveway and includes 1 Watercolor parking pass to use throughout Watercolor in designated locations

- 2 adult sized beach cruisers included
- Fully stocked kitchen
- Private beach with seasonal tram service

YUM is a beautiful carriage house tucked away in WaterColor's Camp District with the state forestlands in your backyard and a short walk/bike ride to Watercolor's pools, lake, and Gulf. This beautifully appointed 1 bedroom lets you take in all that Watercolor has to offer: part home, part destination resort—the best of both worlds. Stay for a few nights or for a month, this carriage house has everything you need including a full kitchen and washer/dryer, separate KING bedroom and pull-out couch in the great room if needed for a little one or two.

Great location on north end of Watercolor. Very quiet and peaceful. Easy access to Camp Watercolor (Lazy River). The unit is above the double garage is quite roomy. Great balcony overlooking the woods. Rich was a great host and we had no issues.

Great Stay at Watercolor Yum

Just finished a four day stay at Yum in Watercolor. Communication was outstanding and check-in easy. Beautiful location near Camp Watercolor, Watercolor Beach, and Seaside. Unit was exactly as described with comfortable bed and great shower. The unit came with two bikes and Watercolor passes. Highly recommend!

could have been cleaner

We bought cleaning products including a mop to attempt to come a little closer to the cleanliness we had hoped for. There was a lot of dust and some mold in the apartment. It looked like it had not been deep cleaned for some months. The refrigerator wasn't working at all, but Sandpiper promptly brought in a small unit until the apartment unit was repaired

Great for a weekender not for a week

Overall property, owner, rental service was great. Towels/ linens bed also great. Kitchen appliances could use a refresh. Two back stove burners did not work. No ice maker in the fridge and one ice tray was cracked. There was no “shared grill” that was advertised. Also no blinds on the windows where the sofa was, which is not a big deal unless someone sleeps on the couch which was the case with us. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Hidden Gem in Watercolor

We had a fabulous stay! The carriage house had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The pullout couch was perfect and actually comfortable for my teenager. The location was SO great....off the beating path and quiet but very convenient to the beach and pools. We would definitely stay again.

Watercolor rest

Great property located at the back of watercolor. Quiet and comfy. Great bed, huge shower, easy parking. My only complaint would be lack of porch to sit outside and enjoy the evenings.

Poor service from management company/ Great owner.

Only issue is the poor customer service from the management company. #1: The name of the only golf cart rental company for Watercolors was only specified in the information available upon arrival on the property. #2: We contacted the Management company for more supplies(toilet paper) in the morning and during their working hours, nobody answered and a voicemail message was left indicating the urgency. No call back was ever received. We ended up having to purchase it ourselves as the owner was not home. Not a big expense but it is a very basic need that should have been provided.

Great Get Away

Property was very nice. It is probably one of the farthest Watercolor properties from the beach but it is still only a short bike ride to the Beach club or Seaside. The bikes were very comfortable. Great location for Camp Watercolor or the Frog pool.
