We loved our stay at this place in the OBX this week! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook a meal which was great! Location was so calm, peaceful and serene! The views from the back deck were unbelievable!

Perfect place for our OBX trip

This place was amazing. Very clean, well stocked, and perfect access to the pool for evening after beach swimming. The kitchen was much larger than expected and we cooked a lot of great meals while watching the sunset. We loved it here and will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great hidden gem for a quick get away!!

We really enjoyed this property other then a small hiccup which village realty took care of quickly it was an amazing stay. The location was perfect and close to everything we love. We will definitely be back!

Property was very nice and clean.Location is quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.Just be aware,it is on the third floor.Stairs could be an issue for some.Perfect for our 3 night getaway..

Property exactly as listed

This property was exactly as the pictures show. Absolutely beautiful. The view from the balcony was amazing. The kitchen was way better stocked than we anticipated and better than other locations we’ve stayed before. The pool was very nice, the kids loved it. The location is also very close to public beach access, stores in case you forgot something or need groceries, and we even enjoyed the putt putt golf that was around the corner. I would highly recommend this location for others, and if we were to visit the Outer Banks again we would definitely stay here again.

Neighbors

The place was great but this is an older community and apparently they do not like renters or children. Our first night someone under us came up and entered the unit to tell us to be quiet. I had to call the police. This was before 8pm on July 4 so we were well within our rights to be loud; however we were not. Police were great. I’d just rethink your policy if people are going to be that old and angry about renters.

The property still had crumbs and messes in the house from the last stay it seemed, other than that was fairly clean and nice! Unfortunately the downstairs neighbors would bang on the floor if anyone in our property got up and walked past 9pm so that put a damper on the whole vibe of the property. The view was the best part from the balcony.

Honestly, everything was absolutely wonderful and I would definitely rent this location again if it’s available in the future. The location and the view of the sound were just perfect! The only suggestion would be to please have the cleaning crew ensure that they change the shower curtain liners. The liner in the master bathroom was well overdue for a replacement. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful home! My family and I were happy and comfortable and enjoyed every minute there.
