This condo oasis (MP 7) is only 1 mile (5 minutes) from the famous OBX beaches! PLUS its situated right on the sound and boasts beautiful sunset and bird sanctuary views. The condo is a quick bike ride to the famous Wright Brothers Memorial, grocery stores, and many restaurants.
Enjoy use of a pool onsite (open May to early October) and tennis courts on the condo's property.
Parking is free onsite and a public boat ramp is 1 mile away!
Kick back and enjoy some good old relaxation!

Wonderful Stay

The condo was close to the beach. We enjoyed the screened in porch, and the pool. Very conveniently located very near to Publix. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay

This was such a great place to stay for a quick trip to OBX! I enjoyed being close to everything but still getting to watch the sunset every night out the windows (it was chilly when we went)! Great host communication!

The home was nice and quite on the spund and the sunset was really amazing. The only issue was that the floor was real sandy and gritty when we arrived. Its as if it did not get mopped during the last cleaning but other than that it was fantastic.

Relaxing sunsets

The view of the sound is spectacular. Screened in porch was great to relax and watch the sunset. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet space to relax

My family enjoyed our time at Michaels place. The pool was a great amenity as was the screened in porch. A perfect home base for exploring the Outer Banks.

This was an excellent place to stay for our week vacation at OBX. The owners we're very responsive and helpful. The property was very clean, cool and provided a great view. The community pool was a definite plus as well. Great location that we plan on booking again for future trips back to OBX!

Check in was a breeze, very quiet peaceful neighborhood. The condo was very well stocked with all kitchen essentials and very conveniently located to food lion, Walmart and Publix. There was a couple small issues with the floor and bikes but we communicated it immediately and these issues are going to be resolved. Overall was a great stay.

Excellent Experience! Highly recommend!

This condo was well decorated, well kept, very clean, nicely appointed, well situated, had great views, and provided us a lovely home away from home for our vacation! We would stay here again and highly recommend it for others. The owners were great people with whom to deal and they provided lots of lovely touches to make us feel more than welcome!

Quiet and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here, it’s exactly as it shows in the listing. Bike trails real close are fun, but the view outback is great. You’ll be comfortable and happy here.

Condo was perfect, so well stocked, clear directions, decor was fun, everything about it was perfect. Centrally located as far as anything we needed was very close by. Condo was quiet, sunsets were incredible and sunrise was beautiful as well. We would absolutely return.

Great place!

This is a great place in a great location for a great price. We had everything we needed. The process was smooth start to finish and we didn’t have questions because the host laid everything out upfront. I’d recommend this place to another couple! We will look back into this place if we decide to come back to the OBX area!

Beautiful Weekend Getaway

Natalie & Michael were the perfect host! Their place made for a beautiful weekend getaway in Kill Devil Hills. They went above & beyond to meet all our needs and more, with extra beach chairs, umbrellas, towels & more!! If you’re looking for a carefree vacation, Pelican’s Paradise should be your top choice!
