Could have asked for a better property. Steps to the beach. Walking distance to several restaurants. Easy check in. Clean and well appointed property. Close to main drag through St Augustine Beach but very quiet. Will definitely stay here again if its available.

This trip was for a much needed sand between the toes experience and museum/history passion. The location was so convenient,quiet, and pleasant. Details like beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels made beach time so comfortable. The short distance to the beach made watching sunrise truly “awe”some . Close proximity to the lighthouse, Castillo de San Marcos, and Alligator Farm easy to squeeze lots of other museums, sightseeing and beach time into a week! Kitchen is well appointed and beds are comfy. Host was helpful and responsive. It was a great way to check off another item on my bucket list!

This was our second time staying here, and it was every bit as wonderful as our first visit back in 2024! The property is clean, comfortable, and very welcoming.The location is perfect. It’s just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, a doughnut shop, and even a couple of ice cream shops—one right across the street and another just a short walk away.Historic downtown St. Augustine is also just a quick drive away, where there’s so much to see and do. You can enjoy the history, restaurants, shopping, tours, and so much more.This property is the perfect location for everything we enjoy on vacation. We loved our stay once again and would definitely stay here again!

Comfy stay on St. Augustine Beach

The unit is in a great location. A short walk to the beach as well as several restaurants and other establishments. It is a comfortable unit set up nicely for two couples with ensuite bathrooms. An easy drive into town.
