Fall Break with the grandkids!

We enjoyed this duplex! A few houses down from the beach made the walk to the beach with the grandkids so easy. Directly across the road from ice cream and a great breakfast diner. Wonderful location. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Clean and well stocked. Everything we needed for the beach vacation was provided. We loved the ground floor access.

This property is less than a block from a beautiful section of St Augustine Beach on a quiet street with no traffic. It is also very close to the state park portion of the beach. The unit is walking distance to fun beach restaurants - including Beachside Dinner - a great breakfast/lunch spot and Mayday Ice Cream, which are literally across the street. The location is only 10 min from the heart of downtown. We went with another couple, and the unit is a perfect set up for 2 couples - each having their own bathroom on opposite sides of the unit - with a huge couch that can accommodate four. It is a classic beach house - super cute.

We enjoyed our stay here. A short walk to the beach which was great. Close to alot of places to eat and a Publix grocery store just a few blocks away. Home was clean and everything you need if you cook in. Also grill on site which was used alot. We will definitely be back again.

Cozy beach house

This is our second time staying at this house. It is in the best location off of A1A and minutes from the beach! The house had a lot of accommodations that we didnt need to bring much. The only downside was there was a lot of pet hair on the couch. We were aware pets are allowed, but we figured we didn't need to worry about all the pet hair.

We had such a wonderful stay in St. Augustine while celebrating our anniversary! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. It was the perfect place for us to relax, slow down, and enjoy some quality time together.Everything was clean, welcoming, and well cared for, and we really appreciated all the little touches that made our stay so comfortable. The location was also wonderful for enjoying everything St. Augustine has to offer while still having a peaceful place to come back to at the end of the day.This trip was very special to us, and having such a lovely place to stay made our anniversary getaway even more memorable. We made some wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for helping make our anniversary trip so special! Highly recommend!

Steps from the beach, easy access to and from, great communication. Our only minor inconvenience was not having a tv in the second bedroom, with kids this is almost a must now. They sufficed with their phones and being tired from doing things all day, but I did have to hear about it a few times a night. Nice place, has a beach condo feel, nice stay for the weekend.

Close proximity to beach and Tile floor was the most attractive offering with our dog poodle. Walk to restaurants available for every meal. Well scratched pans and toxic black plastic utensils not suitable for cooking own meals. No worries, Marshalls sold pan and silicon spatula to accommodate our breakfast. Details lost sometime with Chat messaging canned responses.
