Bienvenue au Tiki Hut! Cette belle villa de 1 niveau est situĂ©e Ă  seulement 1 maison d'un chemin de sable sur la courte dune de la belle rue Augustine Beach. TrĂšs bien situïżœïżœ et Ă  distance de marche des restaurants, des bars et des magasins uniques. La jetĂ©e de pĂȘche de Saint Augustine se trouve Ă  quelques rues de lĂ . Vous trouverez un marchĂ© de producteurs tous les mercredis sur le quai de pĂȘche avec de nombreux vendeurs proposant des articles uniques et beaucoup de nourriture. This is our 5th or 6th time staying in this home. It is perfect for us. It is fenced in for our pups, it's quiet with direct access to the beach (which is literally feet away), and is always good and clean. The half bath is outside, but that doesn't bother us in the least. It's well kept and clean and comes in handy when you are just hanging out on the patio! Every year i forget to add i have pets and the rental agency works with me. They are always timely in their response back and not all agencies are like that. This has come to be our home away from home!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay overall, you can’t beat the location. It’s literally one house away from the beach access, and the street is super quiet and peaceful. The balcony was our favorite spot, perfect for coffee in the morning or relaxing at night.The house is cute and looks just like the listing, but it definitely needs a little TLC. When we arrived, it was storming pretty badly and we noticed water coming up from the floor near the dining room. It wasn’t the roof, which was a relief, but it was still a little concerning. Once the rain stopped, the water dried up and didn’t come back.The beds weren’t very comfortable, and the shower head could really use an upgrade. Also, the backyard was pretty overgrown with weeds, which took away from the outdoor vibe a bit.That said, for what it is, a laid-back beach house in a great location, we still had a great time. With a few updates, this place could be a total gem.

Tiki Hut fun

Tiki hut is in an ideal location. Steps from the beach and great location to many of wonderful local restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at Tiki Hut and would certainly stay there again.

Beautiful Location!

Location is perfect! We were able to walk to the beautiful beach, restaurants, ice cream and some little shops. The home is nicely appointed and clean. Very quiet street. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Always nice to stay here

We had a relaxing time. We’ve stayed here a couple time now. Cute little house by the beach. My only complaint is the Ac make a loud noise when turning the compressor or heater automatically thru the night. It wake me up. Other than that very nice and neighborhood is very quiet.

Perfect Perfect Perfect

The property was absolutely perfect for my wife and I to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. The house has the perfect beach house feel and location. It was clean and orderly and was stocked with everything you need to stay a few days. We were totally undisturbed and truly enjoyed the low traffic street while being so close to Food/Entertainment.

Very good location

We wanted to stay close to the beach and enjoy the beautiful scenery and attractions. This was a very nice location @ the beach and close to Down town St Augustine. The condition of the home could use some much needed maintenance such as door knob at the rear fell off, bathroom needs attention to the shower area overall run down, the AC made a bang noise each time it turns on at night (auto fan mode) and make sure you bring your phone chargers because there is very little tech such as built in USB and or wireless charging. But the home does have a strong Beach Vibe and we had a terrific time each day we spent exploring the historical sites and beaches that surrounded us.

Family Beach Trip 2024

We stayed here with my parents, both in their 80s. The single level house stepless entry in the front, and easy access to the beach was a real plus. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Beds and living room furniture were comfortable. It is a pet friendly house, so the fenced yard was really important for my parents' small dog. The upper deck was great as well. It is an older house, and we were fine with that. We weren't sure what a surfer bathroom was, or what 1+ baths meant in the description. The house has one full bath with double sinks and a nice size walk in shower. The half bath off the back porch is a sink and toilet only. Most suitable for four adults or a couple with two young kids. Xfinity seemed to be having issues, so we couldn't watch TV. We would definitely choose this house again.

Great Location, Home Not Maintained.

Incredible location! Easy check-in. Pictures listed of home were old. Furniture was clean; however, home conditions were poor. 1st night ceiling leaked (partially repaired while we were there). 1 bdrm had incomplete drywall work next to dresser - large piece cut & setting in wall & closet displayed incomplete repairs & drywall materials left inside/reachable shelf removed. Doors were dirty. Corner of bthrm mirror was broken & poorly repaired. Bathroom shower had what appeared to be black mold in grout and near baseboard entering shower. Vents on AC closet had black on them. More than usual amt of bugs for FL (I know, I reside on FL). We checked out early - I emailed (with pics) the individual from rental company & no reply even after days of waiting. The home has such good potential since location is great. Just cannot get past the what the home was like on the inside.

Location outstanding, house was good, but had issues.

I did like this beach house. It had nice amenities and was exactly as advertised in terms of location to the beach, which was fantastic.However, upon arrival at 10pm I went to shower and the handle broke off in my hand and the drain did not work well. Someone came to fix the next day, but didn't fix it properly and it immediately broke again for the remainder of the weekend. The drain was fixed the first time. Finally, on Monday evening (we left Wednesday morning) they fixed it, but over the weekend we had to use pliers to turn the water on and off. I think this should have been addressed prior to anyone coming into the unit. The internet also didn't work until Comcast opened on Monday. They tried, but couldn't fix. Sometimes we got responses, but not always from the property management company. No one offered us anything or even apologized for these inconveniences. It's not fun when you visit for 5 days and for 3 of those days (weekend) there are issues.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tiki Hut. Everything was great and convenient to many restaurants and one house from the beach. The only issue was it rained all but one day but we still had a wonderful trip.

Great location

We loved the location, distance to the beach and the home was clean and very welcoming. The allowance of pets greatly influenced our decision to stay there. The whole area was dog friendly with lots of locations offering outdoor seating with your pet, and one place a dog menu for breakfast. Excellent Stay.

Can’t beat the location

Place was literally steps from the beach. Unit itself was a little run down but had everything we needed except beach chairs and umbrella which would’ve been nice. Owner was quick with responses. All in all a great trip and would stay there again as I said location was amazing
