This is ours second time staying at Emeral dolphin it was nice and clean we enjoy it, if y'all were to cook y'all would need to bring your own salt pepper and others seasoning.

Loved the condo and the amenities. The location is great! Had everything we needed! Beautiful views of the gulf and the sound! The master bedroom bed frame needs to be replaced! Very squeaky even when someone turns over!

Beautiful Condo/Great location

Condo was beautiful and plenty of room for 6 adults. Great location. Short walk across the street to the beach. Property managers were very quick to respond when we needed something.

Amazing & Beautiful!

This property was breathtaking! We enjoyed our stay at this well-equipped condo that was spotless. Lots of room for the entire family. The gulf views and multiple balconies were our favorites. Amazing pool and short walk to the beach. Easy access and check-out procedures. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy the Fort Pickens area.

Good location but needs upgrades

The view and location was great. A few things that were annoying for the price we paid per night was the front door was really hard to open and close. The master bedroom bed was hard as a board and was the loudest squeakiest bed I ever sleep in. The hot tub was closed most of our stay.

Will definitely return

We came down for a quick beach trip while my daughter was at college orientation. The place was exactly as the pictures. The view was great, we sat out on the balcony all the time. We all said how nice it was and how we will come back. The only thing I could say was the front door sticks but once we figured it out it was all good. Plus we received a text letting us know about the door.

One of the nicest condos we’ve ever stayed in! We have visited Pensacola Beach from Iowa, many times! A few times at the Emerald Dolphin, however, this was by far my most favorite booking! Beautiful views from every room, floor to ceiling windows, wrap around balcony with lots of seating. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. Beautiful decor! It was home away from home! The only minor detail that made it feel less luxurious, was the thin and crunchy toilet paper and paper towels but that wouldn’t stop me from renting this condo in the future! Absolutely beautiful, even the kids were impressed! Thank you!

Great location and views but the condo was in need of a good cleaning out. Every drawer was a junk drawer, cabinets were packed full of random items and closets were filled with owners clothes and personal items. There was no where to put our things in the master bedroom. The site mentioned that the second bedroom was a king, but it was not. It looked like a double.

Nice property. Great location with just a 3 minute walk to Peg Leg Pete's and a 5 minute walk across to the beach. Beautiful views of the Gulf and the Cove. The trolly stop was also right out front. Pool was very nice. The showers were a little complicated to use because there were so many shower heads and options. A little fancy for me but with a little trial and error , we were able to figure those out. The only complaint was the master bedroom bed was very high off the ground ( im 5 ft even). It would be nice to have a stool of some sort so that us short people don't have to climb to get on the bed. Overall it was a great condo and I would definitely rent it again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub area was very nice, although chairs (instead of chaise lounges) would have been a great addition. The privacy of the bedrooms were great. The couch (main seating area) definitely could be replaced. Very uncomfortable! The washing machine was full of mold and smelled horrible. We had to clean it before we could use it! View was amazing! Trolley stop right out front was great. Convenient gas station right next door! I would stay here again!
