Beautiful and large enough for a big family

This place was amazing!! They have it decorated so nice and everything you need!! Very comfortable and clean! Family atmosphere with neighbors! Close enough to town for restaurants and shopping but far enough away for peace and privacy!!

We had an excellent time. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The family enjoyed the all the games at night after the day at the beach and the pool. We've used Regency Cabanas 15+ times since 1982 and this was the most pleasant and clean room!

Spacious and clean condo

The condo has plenty of space and is extremely clean. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The house also was well-stocked with kitchenware, dishes, pots, pans, etc. Another bonus- the GIANT garage. We look forward to our next visit!

Wonderful!

Everything was so nice. We had a great stay and were very comfortable. The AC in this unit is top notch! We have stayed in other units in the complex where the could not keep up. Very comfortable stay. The kitchen Lr layout was so nice for family dinners. Everything we needed right there. We had a great stay. Will be booking here again.

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location and plenty of space inside the condo. Would definitely come back. The only thing lacking is kitchen towels and Wash clothes. Their was only one kitchen towel and no kitchen washcloths. But outside of that it was very well supplied. Thank You for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Beautiful home. Must stay.

Really beautiful home. Accompanied 8 adult comfortably and the access to the beach was literally about 100 steps away. Only issue was didn't have access to use garage code and seen a few huge roaches. (One inside and rest in basement) texted management and got didn't come till day before we left. All in all really great property and had all the amenities for a long stay.

Had a great time

Nice place, penty of room, beautiful beaches. Pool was convenient, but had a 2" band of brown scum above water like. It just needs a good cleaning. One gripe, someone came into our room the day before check out, and filled the laundry room with 2 or 3 large bags of what im guessing is clean linens for after we check out. Too heavy/bulky to carry and move out of our way and make room for us to open and close dryer for our last minute laundry needs, thought it was unnecessary. Overall great place and nice vacation!

Wonderful spacious townhouse in Regency Cabanas

I've stayed in Regency Cabanas several times over the years; this unit is in a newer section and is a short walk to the white-sand beach. This home has new owners as of April, and they have updated the interior beautifully. This condo is really 3 levels. The first is a garage with storage that has room to easily fit 3 cars and also has an indoor staircase to the condo. The second level has a bedroom and bath, huge open area with living, dining, and kitchen, and a large outdoor patio. Top floor is 3 bedrooms/2 baths with very large master suite. It is clean, tastefully decorated, very inviting, and comfortable! I really enjoyed my stay, and hope to return soon! Thank you!

Pretty good place

Everything was ok except garage door wouldn’t open with the code. Sent manager a note saying it didn’t work. They were supposed to fix it but never did This made me quite unhappy.

Lovely Townhome for Families

My husband and I spent an enjoyable 10 days at this property with our son’s family of five. Clean and nicely decorated, there was plenty of space and the set-up of the rooms and bathrooms was comfortable for seven, with room for more. The kitchen and attached laundry area were great. We enjoyed the balcony, used the grill, and enjoyed access to the ground level patio via the wrought iron spiral staircase. The large L-shaped three car garage was enclosed and inside stairs to the main first level were welcome and made packing and unpacking cars more pleasant. Since the beach is just outside the property, we found it easy to retrieve wanted beach items from our unit. A back door hose was used to rinse sand from feet and toys before entering the house. Two outdoor pools were very nice and gated for protection of small children. Although this home has no view of the gulf or the sound, with so much space and beauty, we enjoyed our visit just the same.

August 2022 Family Trip

The location was great, right next to the beach as listed. Accommodations we're roomy, beds very comfortable, plenty of space. The only issue we had was with the property team waiting 4 days to get us the correct main gate code. Every time we left in the car and returned it was a hassle to get in. I emailed 3 times and a phone call before it was resolved. Otherwise I would recommend this property to visit Pensacola. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. It was a great space for our group of 9, well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Only complaint is we found a sucker stick in the couch and a lighter under one of the tables on the porch. Otherwise no complaints. We plan to stay there again!!!

Mixed feelings about this property!

We liked the house but had issues with property management, cleanliness, maintenance and parking. Less than a week before our check-in we were notified the house had existing damage from a hurricane that took place 2 months prior. Holes in ceiling and water stains in the walls were throughout the house. As much as we appreciated the offer to cancel and find another property, it was somewhat suspect that was provided after no other properties of that size remained on the market. Really slimy way of doing business. Cleanliness is god awful. Yes the house was vacuumed and wiped down and clean linens throughout. However, the kitchen, baseboards, window ledges and laundry room were a disaster. We spent most of our first day removing silverware and other items from the kitchen to clean them. Almost like someone was given less than an hour to clean. And since this property charges almost double what others did for cleaning, it was unacceptable. Garage access from outside didn't work and the garage door malfunctioned to where we could only close the door from inside the garage by holding the switch until the door closed. Apparently the owner knew of this issue and provided property management a list of ways to resolve but it never worked. With a week left on our stay it was never fixed. Outside parking is extremely challenging if you have a large vehicle. If you park inside the garage and another resident/traveler parks in your outside space , you can't get out of the garage. Happened to us twice. House layout and closeness to the beach was great. Our family of 5 with 3 young children enjoyed fishing and walking on the beach daily.

We will address the housekeeping team responsible to make sure they are leaving the appropriate amount of linen in the property. We also stock our properties with a starter kit including toilet paper and paper towels and our guests do need to provide their own after that has been used.
