Top Floor at Johns Pass | BP #502

Enjoy one of the best resorts in the whole area of Clearwater/Tampa. The location is wonderful, for you can literally walk to the beach, walk to shopping, restaurants and water activities like fishing boats, water taxi, seadoo’s, parasailing. All without getting into a car. Flying here is absolutely the way to go if you don’t live close. The unit is equipped with so much. Granite countertops, full kitchen with all you need for cooking. The great view you have is from the master bedroom, living, kitchen, dining, and balcony. Enjoy the double electric recliner. You have 2 bedrooms with total of 4 queen beds.

This unit offers nightly rentals and has one parking space. There is no additional parking available at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home.

At 502 Beach Place, you will find you are centrally located to all of the area's amenities. Just across the street, is popular John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Fantastic location! This condo is in the perfect spot on Madeira Beach—directly across from John’s Pass with great restaurants, shops, and waterfront atmosphere. You truly couldn’t ask for a better location. Clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back!

Trolley ride is $2.25 pp and goes up and down Gulf Blvd. The condo was spacious and clean, but the furniture is old and needs to be replaced.

There were plenty of activities and places to venture off to the only gripes I have is that maintenance went into our condo without contacting us and took out an extra TV that was in one of the bedrooms. To me that is an invasion of privacy and it is against the law if you do not notify the person who is renting that condo. The other thing would just be a courtesy that there would be 4 to 6 bottles of water in the fridge and maybe a Tiny welcome basket with snack size pretzels, nuts, etc. our flight didn’t get in until 9 o’clock and when we went to look for dinner after checking in every place was closed to me it’s just a courtesy after a long travel days. Overall, the location was fantastic. The condo was very clean and there were lots of things to do in the area.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived after hours, first mistake! It took over an hour to get access to the condo as no one was there and the after hours caller had to call her superior which then had to call me.The AC was not working. Our first night was spent in a very humid 78 degree room, and it wasn't fixed until 4 the next afternoon.Beds, rather 2 cots in one room and 2 very old very creaky beds in the other room. Not comfortable at all!Bathrooms were not clean.Property management was rude and dismissive and didn't apologize for the time to get into the condo nor the AC issue.Location was the only good thing about this place.Needless to say, I will not stay here again!
