Une piscine rectangulaire entourée d’une terrasse carrelée. On y trouve des chaises longues et un espace avec un jacuzzi, situés à côté de la piscine.
Une cuisine spacieuse dotée de meubles en bois, d’un four encastré, d’un four à micro-ondes et d’un lave-vaisselle.

The room itself was clean and nicely decorated. The price seemed very high for a street view and was a long walk to get to the beach. The parking spot for this particular room was very hard to get in and out of. Being right across the street from John's Pass was convenient for shopping, but was very hard to drive in and out, especially when the bridge was up.

Our stay with Beach Place 302 was amazing! We didn’t have any complaints! Our condo was clean and even better than shown in pictures! My family of 6 had a blast and loved everything about our vacation! Thanks so much!

Nice Location, Close to Everything.

My husband and son stayed at this Condo and had a great time. The condo is right across the street from John's Pass and they enjoyed the restaurants and activities available without having to drive anywhere. There was a bit of street noise from the balcony, but did not bother them. Watching the bridge raise and lower was pretty cool as my son is interested in civil engineering. Great condo and great relaxing stay!

The Beach Place is EXCELLENT

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at the Beach Place a couple times and each stay was perfect. Excellent location. Everything is right here, few feet away from the sandy beach, ocean, pool, stores, restaurants, bars, jet ski rental, fishing charters, pirate ship, sunset cruise, dolphin watch......and more!I love to fish and I catch a lot at Johns Pass and Maderia Beach (both are a few feet away) I see a ton of Dolphins while fishing or just hanging on the beach. A manatee swam right up to me :)I will be returning hopefully sooner than later.
