The Space:
Welcome to Tarpon Run, your ultimate beachside getaway with breathtaking views of both the sunrise on the beach and the sunset over the Intracoastal waterway! This beautiful townhome is the ideal choice for your trip to St. Augustine Beach. A short walk takes you to the pristine shoreline with a plethora of fantastic restaurants, shops, and charming cafes just a stone's throw away. To enhance your exploration, you can rent bikes from Drifters Rentals and have them conveniently delivered to your doorstep. Nestled by the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway, this complex boasts a dock and boat launch, providing the perfect vantage point to witness breathtaking sunsets over the glistening water. When the summer heat beckons, jump into the communal pool! For beach enthusiasts, access to the sandy shores is just a short walk away, or you can embark on a thrilling 4x4 drive on the beach at Cubbedge Rd, located a mere quarter mile to the north.

- With comfortable seating, flat-screen TV, and a spacious open floor plan, the main space of the home is comfortable and inviting. You’ll also find a selection of board games for some at-home entertainment.
- The fully-equipped culinary space leaves nothing to be desired, boasting quality appliances and all the essential tools. Start your mornings with the tantalizing aroma of freshly brewed coffee, and relish the convenience of a dishwasher, allowing you to save time and quickly return to the delightful activities that await you.
- For sit-down meals, there’s a dining table to accommodate 5 guests.

There is a welcome sheet inside with further instructions, including WiFi details.
Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival.
We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.
A complimentary cleaning will be provided every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note this is mandatory.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the unit or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed
- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions

This property is in quieter area, which is exactly what we wanted for our stay. It was a good size for our family (two adults, three young children). The condo is not right on the beach, but it’s a short walk. It’s in close proximity to other amenities, the historic area, and other beaches.

Our condo was okay, outdated, but not a problem. Clean, could use more towels. The pool area is pretty sad. Very old and in need of update. Furniture broke, tiles broke. Disappointing to say the least.Overall not bad and I would stay there again.
