This property is in quieter area, which is exactly what we wanted for our stay. It was a good size for our family (two adults, three young children). The condo is not right on the beach, but it’s a short walk. It’s in close proximity to other amenities, the historic area, and other beaches.

My husband and I and our 5 year old enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location, within walking distance to the beach. The pool was nice and never crowded. The house wasn’t fancy but met our needs and is as described in the listing. Definitely perfect if you are trying to vacation on a budget! There was an issue with the air while we were there but the unit is being replaced. The host was in constant communication as needed and very helpful. My only suggestion is it needed more bath towels and beach towels. Even though there is a washer and dryer, would’ve been nice to not do laundry as often. Would stay there again!

Our condo was okay, outdated, but not a problem. Clean, could use more towels. The pool area is pretty sad. Very old and in need of update. Furniture broke, tiles broke. Disappointing to say the least.Overall not bad and I would stay there again.

The owners of this property need to get rid of their VRBO team! They must be managing it from another state! They don't know what's in the house or any of the surroundings! House was listed for 4-6 people. I assumed it had a fold-out couch. It was not! But there was plenty of of trash under the cushions! When I contacted host they just said sorry! Had to purchase a blowup mattress! Find out on checkout morning that there was one in a closet in a bag! No instructions for getting to beach, except follow beach path! A simple 'take a right and go to the flashing lights' would have been helpful, but then again, I don't think the team has ever set foot on the property! Very frustrating experience! Their 1 page Guide was pathetic and inaccurate! No compensation for not having a 3rd bed or information about where to find it! Plan on covering windows with towels or sheets if you don't want to wake up at 5:30, as these shears and blinds don't block out the sun!

Regarding the beach access, the property does have a direct beach path. When you contacted us, we provided directions. We also apologize for the condition of the couch upon arrival. Your concern was promptly escalated.For future guests, we want to clarify that our team does actively communicate with the property owners and local teams to address guest concerns.
