Great open views

Very clean! Great open balcony on 5th floor. Views couldnt get any better. Everything you need is in the condo. Go to Stewbys to eat.

Fort Walton Stay

We enjoyed our stay! Nice and quiet during our stay. The condo itself is nicely decorated and had plenty of space. It was located a mile or two away from a Golds Gym which is really nice to get a couple of workouts in during the week. The host was very responsive in a timely manner when we had to reach out. Had plenty of nice eating places within a five mile distance and a mile from the aquarium. We would stay again giving the chance.

Loved our time at Fort Walton Beach in this condo!

We had a fabulous time during our stay at this condo! It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The view of the beach right from the balcony was amazing! We loved eating breakfast and lunch at the condo because the kitchen was fully stocked with all that we needed. The keyless entry was awesome too so we never worried about forgetting a key. Fort Walton Beach is beautiful!! The whole process was effortless. Will consider a return!!

Bait and Switch

VRBO listing from owner didn’t mention anything about construction during our stay. Two days before we were set to arrive we got a confirmation email with gate codes and condo code and at the bottom in small print was the first mention of construction. Obviously with less than 48 hours to find other accommodations we were stuck. On day one we were woke at 7:50AM to jackhammering four foot from our units entrance. This was every day except the one day it stormed which was the best we had on a beach vacation. I’d have just liked an honest listing so as to have made a better informed choice.

We would like to share some insights from the homeowner:-Evolve made efforts to connect with the guests with these details before their stay to give ample heads up and time to cancel. The construction schedule 8:00 am-6:00 pm was sent a week prior on October 4th, 2023, but unfortunately, the email remained unopened. During your stay, given the efforts made ahead of time to inform you of these details, we declined the request for compensation due to the generous timeframe provided for cancellations or further inquiries.-We did make the decision to skip pest control during your stay to alleviate any additional disruptions during your stay.-We regret that your stay was not satisfactory to you, especially given our efforts to inform you ahead of time and make sure you could choose if you wanted to keep your reservation.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Clean w gorgeous views

The condo was very clean and well kept with gorgeous views of the ocean, however, there was a few minor issues that could be improved upon. When we arrived the code for the door was not set correctly so we had to call and then stand around with heavy bags waiting to get in, also the email I received stated there was a booklet in the room w the gate code but there was no booklet so we ended up having to stand at the gate and wait for another guest to let us in and give us the code, the hot water heater only held enough for 1 person to shower so the rest of us had to sit around in freezing, sandy swim suits waiting on the water to heat back up which took hours, there was a few lights that were out and no light bulbs to replace them with, there was no linens for the extra trundle bed or fold out bed, also they expect you to pretty much clean the house yourself before departure including washing all towels which was a lot with a family of 6 and the washing machine only holds about 2 towels at a time so most of my vacation was spent doing laundry which was one of the things I needed a vacation from. otherwise, we had a great time and the condo was comfortable and kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal w the exception of salt and pepper- they have shakers just no salt and pepper so go ahead and bring that along with you too.
