Summary:

A few Steps from the Sand! One of the most exquisite beach homes in Aptos-with incredible 180* ocean views throughout the property.P#231190 In a gated private beach community, 4br custom home, panoramic ocean views, walking decks on each level-most excitingly from the secluded patio at the very top! Gourmet kitchen, kings table & outdoor bar seating-perfect for entertaining. Or keep it all to yourself-be inspired, work or play all day then relax & take in the spectacular sunsets each night!



The Space:

Access to the private gated community of Seascape Beach Resorts. Parking for up to 4 vehicles on this prime lot-private community cul-de-sac property. From the driveway there are two small groups of steps that lead you to the entry porch that includes seating for two. Enter through the front door to a welcoming foyer, here you will find an adjustable height worktable and a large bedroom with an elevated bed and leather futon and tv. A few more steps up will lead you to the second level of the home where you have two bedrooms one offering a queen bed, the second a set of twin bunk beds. This level also offers a bathroom with a step-in shower. This is also where you will find the washer and dryer. The third level a few steps higher, provides a second bathroom with a private john, and a large primary bedroom with private balcony. A few steps more and you will find the fully stocked kitchen which has all the modern conveniences including upgraded stainless appliances and countertop seating. Here you also find the dining space with an extra-long king's table that offers seating for 10. This level provides amazing ocean views from each room and from it you can also step outside to a second balcony to enjoy the panoramic white sand beach and ocean views. Take a few more steps to find the last interior level where you have a large living room with a sloped ceiling that allows for expansive ocean views. Here you can step outside to find another amazing view deck which also offers exterior access to the dining deck below. Atop the home you will find the crow's nest rooftop patio, this secluded patio has the most breathtaking views of the beaches and the ocean below. The hardest part about all of these spectacular views is deciding which one you will choose to take in the beautiful sunset. If you have made it a week-long stay you can try them all! You never have to leave this home to see it but if you wish you can take a walk across the street and watch it from the waters' edge. Enjoy an evening stroll down the white sandy beach or build a fire and settle down for the evening-relax knowing that your trek back to your beach house is but a few steps away! Note: This home has been built into the slope to maximize ocean views. While these levels are merely landings with only a few steps between each-it is necessary to access steps to move from one living space to the next.



Guest Access:

PROPERTY ACCESS: A gate code is required to enter the community-access with be given with check-in instructions. The front door has an electronic lock and is made accessible upon booking. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via the booking platform's messaging systems.



The Neighborhood:

Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, close to Seascape Golf Course and Beach Resort, overlooking the Monterey Bay. The Seascape Beach Estates is a private gated community just steps from the beach with expansive views of white sandy beaches and breathtaking panoramic ocean views. The private beach allows for bonfires. Note: this is a close-knit community and therefore house rules must be observed closely-to include quite hours 10pm-8am, guest maximums, no pets and NO parties. Close to Capitola Village, Downtown Aptos, and Santa Cruz, all offering fine dining, shopping, art galleries, wineries, outdoor activities to include surfing, hiking, golfing and so much more.



Getting Around:

Access to this most exquisite, gated neighborhood is provided to you with check-in instructions. Parking is available on the property. Beach access is steps away!



The distinguished Seascape Golf Club with a PGA rated 18 hole course is moments away.

The quaint town of Aptos is just over 3 miles away-about a 10 minutes' drive.

Capitola Village is about 6 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

The city of Monterey located on the southern tip of the bay is about 40 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided.



This is a multi-level beach home nestled into the slope of the Seascape Beach Estates. Small groups of stairs must be navigated throughout to access the many levels and exquisite views this custom home has to offer.

With many steps and vast windows that open to allow for prime views this property may not be suitable for young children.



NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.



No pets are allowed at this property. Note: the owner has severe allergies so we ask that you please honor the strict no pet policy at this property.



House Rules including-quiet hours 10pm-8am, no pets, NO parties, max guest occupancy of 8 must be observed as this is a small close-knit community.



A ring doorbell cameral is located at the front door.
