Summer Bay Sunsets is a single level home located opposite the Myall River. A spacious open plan home with sweeping views of the Myall River and Summer Bay, suitable for relaxed family or friend getaways, offering cosy comfortable spaces.
Full linens supplied with beds made for your arrival. All you shall need to bring is your beach towels, if you fancy an afternoon swim at Summer Bay or one of our local beaches.
The front balcony offers a comfortable lounge setting and dining table, the most delightful spot in this home with stunning views of the park and river, this is a perfect spot to sit, relax, unwind (with a glass of bubbly, or two) and soak in those Summer Bay Sunsets.
All your favourite places in Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest are within walking distance, placing this property in a desirable location. Bennettâs Beach 1.3Km | Jimmyâs Beach 1.2Km | Hawks Nest Shops 600m | Tea Gardens Waterfront 1Km.
There is ample room for boats, cars, and any other watercrafts you may desire to bring along with you. There is room for two cars in the driveway, and the garage is available for additional parking with access into the back yard for additional secure parking.
The back lounge room has two sofa beds (2 x double), there is no linens supplied for these however can be used for an extra room to provide another private area and or a great space for the kids to watch some TV, play some board games or read a book.
The yard is fully fenced, allowing for a secure space for your furry friends to enjoy a Hawks Nest Holiday.
The front grassed area is the perfect addition to the park setting across the road. A magical spot for an afternoon BBQ, a game of cricket or simply a place to sit and soak up some sunshine.
