Our family of five stayed for two nights, and it was a perfect location for seeing Old San Juan. It was an easy Uber from the airport, and we were able to walk everywhere—El Morro, Cristobal, restaurants, Super Max, shops. The check-in was very convenient, and the apartment was lovely. We would definitely book it again.

This place was perfect for our needs. Great. Walkable location. Owner is very responsive. WiFi was hard to work but that didn’t bother us at all. We did hear some construction as noted but it didn’t bother us, not a big deal. Would stay here again!

Super convenient location, great walking distance to everything! Cute Cafes, restaurants and bars! Great nearby running trail. Despite significant construction going on during our stay, the Unit was incredibly quiet. Looking forward to our next Old San Juan / PR visit!

The location is ideal for seeing Old San Juan and the home is absolutely beautiful. The host is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay goes well. Will stay again next time we are here!

The location of the home was in walking distance to all things Old San Juan. The host was super responsive- we arrived late and the host made sure we got in with no issues. The home was clean- spacious and well maintained. We did not have any issues. and most importantly, it felt safe. I especially like that it was Uber accessible. Would stay there again!!

Great property! Easy to access and great communication with the host. Host is quick to respond. Property is private and clean with plenty of space for a larger group. Perfect location is walking distance to all the things of Old San Juan. We had 6 women on our annual “girl trip”. It was perfect. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

Old San Juan

This property is in a great location in the heart of Old San Juan. We loved our own private outdoor patio. You definitely do not need a car (in fact parking and driving is a nightmare in this area). Mercado La Carreta has amazing breakfast.

Great location to all things downtown Oldtown San Juan.just minutes to El Convento Hotel for the wedding.Plan a few extra minutes (10 to 15) for travel by Uber because of traffic in Oldtown San Juan.

Christmas 2024

Excellent location, easy walk to all attractions in Old San Juan. Even with the bustle and activity just steps from this second floor unit, it was quiet and peaceful inside. There’s ongoing construction in building next door but this was not bothersome. Lovely place!!

Five adults spent 3 days here pre cruise. We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Very clean. Liked the courtyard area. We had a few issues with the entry key and figuring out the A/C but eventually figured them out. Construction next door on Friday was very loud but didn’t really get started until 10. Plenty of cookware and dishes but could use a few more glasses. Management was very responsive.Minor issues and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Hosts were great with communications! Huge plus! Property is great if you are staying downtown and walking around. The third bathroom is really small and accessible off the common area, so only two of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms. You do have to go into the common area to go to the bathroom for the 3rd bedroom. Fine for families, but not so much if you are with other couples. Also not enough room to leave your toiletries out. Also tight quarters in the living area for 6 people, there were four of us and it was tight sitting. Great A.C.!

Positives: Central location was fabulous, tastefully renovated large bedrooms. Apartment better looking than pictures. Responsive property mgmt company. Challenges: Arrived in dark and 1st self check for this apartment is challenging. There are several locks to go through and doing it the first takes patience and care. The 2nd time and in the light is fine. 2 out of the 4 showers water temp was cold. Close construction on weeks days starts early.
