The property includes a one car garage, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an ample common area with kitchen, diner table and living room.

Monthly Rentals: Utilities extra (Water, Electricity, Internet, Dish, Propane).  Plus security deposit.

Rental comes with 4 pool passes only
- Children 12 years old and under do not need a pool pass

Check-in time is 3PM - 8PM.  After 8pm, it's $25 extra
