Since your stay, we have addressed the items mentioned: • The main living room TV has been replaced. • The hot tub has been fully serviced and repaired, including maintenance to the jets and replacement/repair of damaged components. • The pool table setup has been addressed, including replacement and repair of the pool cues and related accessories. We understand your comments regarding value and overall condition expectations, and we certainly never want guests to feel disappointed in any aspect of their stay. While some amenities do experience heavy guest usage over time, we agree these items needed attention and appreciate you pointing them out so they could be corrected promptly. Our maintenance team checks and balances the hot tub daily to ensure proper sanitation, but we’ll review this instance closely to make sure chlorine levels are within a more comfortable range. The Wi-Fi service is provided through our local internet provider, and while coverage in the Hocking Hills area can fluctuate, we’ll report your comments to them to help identify any connection issues near the property. We are a short drive to hiking, shopping, canoeing, ziplining and more! Our cabins have full kitchens and propane grills for guestst to use during their stay if they wish to "eat in" during their stay. We have no affiliation to area restaurants. Molly and Guests, We are so happy to hear about the great weekend you had at Foxfire!!! The hammock, fire pit, hot tub, outdoor tv, seasoal shower, wrap around patio, porch swing and propane grill provide a variety of outdoor offerings for guests to use during their stay. We are right in the middle of area activities including Old Man's Cave and Ash Cave~ plus, we even offer on-site hiking trails for guests to explore during their stay. We hope to host your group again in the future with additional amenity offerings for your to enjoy. HHCR

Diana and Guests! Thank you for the feedback and your suggestions on the cabin. The hot tub and fire pits are perfect spots for guests to unwind. We do have wine glasses and steak knives in the cabin for guests and apologize you were not able to locate them during your stay. We have asked housekeeping to add a few more of each to ensure guests find them easily in the future. The master bedroom and en suite bath are amazing and cozy! Although the unique shape of the room does not allow for a closet space or a dresser, we do provide luggage racks, an ottoman and chaise for guests to use in the room. We do have our cabins treated regularly and are sorry to hear you noted possible mouse droppings in the closet. Housekeeping didn't have any calls noted from your group's stay. We strongly encourage guests to contact housekeeping/maintenance for any concerns at the cabin upon check in or during your stay as we want our guests to have positive experiences at our cabins.
