Great Location on Destin Harborwalk

Spacious condo with great views of the marina. I’d definitely recommend this property and hope to return soon.

We loved it !

Very clean and friendly property. The location has breakfast, pizza, seafood, steaks, all without driving. Also fishing, boat rental, parasail, jetski 100 feet away. No traffic here as there is no driving required.

We loved everything about it! It was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. It has a nice view of the Harbour. Relaxing to sit and watch blue heron and pelicans. It is private gated condominium. It was perfect for us. Great location close to everything!

Beach Stop

This is the easiest place to stay! You park your vehicle in the secured parking lot and can walk to the boardwalk in 2 minutes. So much shopping, activities and excellent places to eat are only a short walk. View from condo is of the Marina and it is very nice to sit on the balcony and watch all the boats and people. Very quiet condo, easy access. Will defiantly return! Thanks for having us!!!

Sitting on the dock of the bay!

Absolutely Phenomenal

I'm writing this review reluctantly, as I selfishly don't want this place to become so popular that I can't get back in. This property exceeded all expectations. The property: the condo was perfect. Everything we needed was there. Website has full amenities listed so I won't repeat here. Everything in new/great working order. Bed was very comfortable. Neighbors (mostly full time residents) were friendly and helpful. Property is gated and always locked. This was an added layer of comfort, although the area felt safe regardless. The condo was spotless. The rugs and carpeted bedroom were shampoo'd right before we arrived. The location: right next to Destin Harbor Walk Village. Watch the boats, and listen to live music from the balcony (but once you step back inside, it is quiet). We parked the truck when we arrived and did not use it again till we checked out. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. (Although we had planned on spending time at the beach, we had so much fun we never went... so I have no idea how far it was away... but it's Destin on the harbor so it couldn't be too far). Dog-Friendly: the condo was dog-friendly. My dog loved it there. He particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony and people watching. The harbor is also dog-friendly as is most of the restaurants. We ended up taking him everywhere with us. Captain Mark and Ms. Melody were awesome hosts. We will be back again (and again and again).

Captain Mark and Melody thank you so much. I love the location and the Condo inside is very nice. I refer to the location with the East Pass Marina directly behind - loved it. great location

We really liked the location. It's just beyond all the chaos, but less than a block to the party. If you bring a boat, it's probably better to use the trailer storage next to the ramp. Condo is nice, well equipped and the view of passing boats is enjoyable. Only negatives were the crew repairing the building and I wish they would clean up and open the stairway down to the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again!

Total Relation!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this one bedroom condo, overlooking Destin's Harbor. We were close, within walking distance, to several of the locally, acclaimed restaurants, some offering live music and had an active, bar, nightlife...Great balcony, where we enjoyed eating pizza, drinking a few beers and observing all of the boating activity...People watching was fun, too! :) Will definitely, return next year...Captain Mark and Ms. Melody were wonderful, informative, and fabulous management hosts. Fantastic Location

Comfortable, beautifully decorated unit in an absolutely perfect location! Park your vehicle and walk to many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, or just sit on the nice balcony and watch all the harbor action. Captain Mark and Ms. Melody are very nice and responsive to work with....and we DEFINITELY plan to return!!!
