We had a great experience! It was so nice being able to walk to the beach and shops restaurants. Great for a family. The second large bedroom being separate from the main house worked out perfect for our group.

Great house, the setup is great especially if you want room to spread out from the kids. The backyard has everything you could possibly want to be entertained-pool, hot tub, foosball, ping pong, putting green and cornhole.

Rose Quartz was amazing! We traveled as a family of four with two young adult children and the separate bedrooms were very nice! The game room and outdoor area were top notch, we spent most of our time outside playing ping pong and mini golf and in the pool. The kitchen was well appointed and beds were very comfy! Close to beaches and restaurants! We will certainly be returning asap!

This was our third trip from NJ to AMI and it was our best house yet! The space was immaculate. We traveled with extended family, so the separate guesthouse was absolutely ideal! It afforded their privacy away from our teenage children when they wanted it. The kitchen was well-stocked and there was an awesome propane grill with a spare tank outside. I feel like the game room was really undersold, as it was well-utilized during our stay! The pool was perfect, and the hot tub was so relaxing. The shower pressure was perfect. The only downside I saw, and it wasn’t even worth deducting a star, was the bed in the main house wasn’t very comfortable and the pillows left something to be desired (when you’re used to a king-size bed at home with a 125 pillow, nothing is really going to compare, so really that’s on me). It was a perfect week that was truly accentuated by a near-perfect rental house.

We loved our stay at Rose Quartz! The property is well maintained, super clean, beautifully decorated, and has so much to offer. We spent lots of time in the fabulous pool and spa, our family loved the mini golf, cornhole, and all the other fun games that are available. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with dishes and cookware and small appliances. There were plenty of nice beach towels and 4 beach chairs and a wagon. We had our own beach canopy and cooler so it wasn’t a problem that those were not included. It would be nice if they could have coffee filters, something to clean the grill with, and a few basic things like cooking spray and salt and pepper. The host was very responsive to our requests and they were quickly addressed. The house is just a short walk from the beach and several shops and restaurants. We rented a golf cart for the week and we loved our golf cart rides around the island and to the beach. It is definitely easier to find parking with a golf cart than a vehicle. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend Anna Maria Life vacation rentals!

Fantastic Family Getaway

Rose Quartz was an awesome place for our family getaway! The location on Anna Maria Island was ideal - walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. The property itself offered everything we wanted, especially the outdoor area with the pool, hot tub, and grilling area.

Fabulous house

We really enjoyed staying at the house in Anna Maria Island. It was bigger than expected and very clean. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of the trip! We would definently come again!

Great house in a great location!

This house was in the perfect location. We could easily walk to the beach, shops, Pine and the city pier. The backyard was so nice and private to spend time in. Check in was a breeze. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Beach House

We had a great time at the Rose Quartz. Great location in the middle of Anna Maria. Lots of things to do very close to home. Very nicely renovation done to older home. Lots of updates and very nice pool and hot tub area. Definitely stay here again.

Check in was a little bit of a mess. But it was resolved quickly. Everything was clean inside and out. It was the first time renting from an agency and not a home that was family owned. You get one paper towel, one roll of toilet paper, and one garbage bag and are required to get the rest. So don’t forget to stop at a store for essentials. The master suite was a little misleading as well. It truly is separate. Basically another house outside the main house. This wasn't exactly ideal having younger children. Leaving them alone in the home while you go to your master suite in another building was quite nerve wrecking. Which caused me and my wife to be seperated at night and myself on the couch for the trip. So truly consider that when booking this home. Overall though we still made the best of it and had a great time on the island.

Rose Quartz

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rose Quartz. This is our fourth stay on Anna Maria and this is definitely the best location we have experienced. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants/shops. The hot tub and pool was great when we weren’t on the beach. Looking forward to our next stay!!

Wonderful house and great location

We really loved the Rose Quartz! The house / set up was wonderful. We did not know in advance that one of the bedrooms was in a separate building but in our case that was no issue. It’s a very central location to shops and restaurants as well as the beach. I’d stay there again!

The house with separate Master suite was perfect . The house was perfect. The pool was fabulous . The covered outside seating area topped it off. We loved the House , the beaches and AMI❣️

Friends trip to Anna Maria

We really enjoyed our stay at Rose Quartz. There is one master suite in the house, and a second in a small pool house on the property, so it was perfect for 2 couples. There are 6 or 7 restaurants within a 3 block walk and many local shops as well, but the neighborhood is entirely residential. The beach is only one more block away! Everything was clean and ready for our stay.
