Condo moderne en milieu de ville (Downtown Traverse City)

Spacieux deux étages, 2 chambres (8 personnes), 2. 5 salles de bains, nouveau condo décoré avec goût NEW en Mid-Town - à proximité des commerces, restaurants, plages, pistes cyclables / à pied, du centre-ville.

Ceci est un non fumeur, pas d'animaux, pas de fêtes, calme, spacieux condo de 1200 pieds carrés avec un décor contemporain. Le salon comprend une cheminée à gaz, salle à manger ouverte, cuisine moderne, salle de bain et balcon sur un seul étage. Au dernier étage, il y a une chambre principale avec un lit queen, une salle de bain principale avec une grande douche, une buanderie, une deuxième chambre avec un lit queen et un futon complet et une deuxième salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon.

Situé au coeur de Mid-Town - décontracté, confortable, quartier communautaire. Près de l'épicerie, le restaurant le plus ancien de Round's -TC, ainsi que Potter's - la plus ancienne boulangerie, pharmacie et banque de TC. (Tout dans un bloc.) Niché à 6 pâtés de maisons de la plage sur la magnifique baie de Grand Traverse et à quelques minutes du centre civique de TC - aréna / patinoire, sentiers pédestres et cyclables, parc avec aires de pique-nique, aire de jeux. Very nice condo unit with everything you could ever need for a visit to Traverse City. It was located close to everything in the town without being in an area with heavy traffic. I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Property was clean and spacious. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils and pots/pans. The couch is very uncomfortable unfortunately. That’s the one complaint that my group of 7 had. Grocery store and bakeries are within easy walking distance. We walked to Front Street many items and the beach also. Front street is about a mile away and is an easy walk. We would stay there again.

Property was well kept and everything in working condition. Host is very kind, responsive and timely. Property is close to downtown and many places in walking distance. Parking wasn’t an issue for us as we ended up only having one vehicle. Be aware that they are two long staircases to access the main and upper level. Not a problem at all for us but could be for others. Definitely would stay here again! Thank you, Robert, for providing a great place to make family memories.

Only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is the upper south bedroom is quite hot. The portable air conditioner in the room is really just a fan and doesn’t blow cooled air. We set it down to 63 and still felt like barely cool air. Could also use more seating in living area. Other than that it was really nice.

Great location and a very nice property. Be aware there is a strict noise policy on this property. Great if you go to bed early (which we do) but not so great if you have a very active 10 year old (which I also have lol). Not a huge issue for us. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a door to a garage in the entrance stairway that is connected to the down stairs unit. There is no deadbolt, just a simple door lock. I would have felt more comfortable if that door was permanently secured shut or if a dead bolt was present. But we didn't have any issues and the neighborhood was very safe.

Excellent place to stay for a large group

I stayed here with my family. The place was clean and had all the amenities. The location is very convenient. My family was visiting from New York and they enjoyed their stay here for 3 nights. The property manager, Robert responded to all my queries on time. I would choose this place again if I come back to Traverse City.

Girls Weekend

Perfect sport for a girlfriend weekend in Traverse City celebrating our 40th birthdays! Only a few minute walk to pick up our winery bus tour and close to all we needed for a low key trip! Condo was perfect for game night and bonding/catching up - plus close to everything we needed/wanted to do. Was exactly as described and just what we were expecting!

Celebrating a 30th Birthday!

The condo was very clean and spacious. We had plenty of room with the 5 of us. We came up to Traverse city to celebrate our friends birthday and to wine taste. The host was also very quick to reply. We didn’t have any issues getting in. Would definitely stay there again!

Great condo!

This was a great condo and we really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect, just a few blocks from the downtown area and the grocery store right around the corner is super convenient. The condo was immaculate and plenty of space for 7 girls. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. My only suggestion is to stock up on more TP and garbage bags. Would definitely stay here again!
