Beautiful home! Very clean interior. Loved the layout! Even better view! A few weak points of the property were: for the price and level of home the cookware and utensils could have been better. Also the decks were very covered in spider webs and needed TLC.

Location, location, location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a wonderful vacation at Harbor Hive! The interior of the home was beautiful and very clean. The outside of the home was very overgrown and porches had not been swept. Landscaping and general outdoor cleaning would go a long way toward a five-star rating. The management company was responsive, as the televisions were not working when we arrived, and they sent an office person out to fix the issue (no subscription services). For the price of the rental, I felt everything should have been clean and operational inside and out. The boulder steps down to the beach, though aesthetically pleasing, may greatly limit some guests, as my mother was never able to access the beach. Although a washer and dryer were on the upper and lower levels, we weren’t told that the ones on the main level were not working. Midweek, we were informed that new ones were being delivered. We love the Harbor Springs area, having vacationed there several times. The area is within 1/2 hour driving distance of lots of great places to visit and things to do! The restaurants in the area are wonderful!
