Large 6 Bedroom/5 Full Bathroom rental that sleeps 13. Located in the Michiana Shores - Long Beach area of Northwest Indiana - Just Southwest of New Buffalo, Michigan . The open floor plan allows plenty of room while still feeling cozy, making it perfect for entertaining. This beautiful home is close to many outdoor activities: Golf, Horseback riding, Public Beaches, Dunes National park , Casinos, Zoo, and an Outlet Mall all short drives.

This is a very quiet residential beach community with many year-round residents.
We kindly ask you respect all neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.

You will be sent a code four days prior to arrival to access lockbox. $30.00 fee for all lost/unreturned keys

Main Floor - Open Living Room/Dining Areas/Kitchen. Primary Queen Bedroom with Full En-Suite Bathroom along with another Full Bathroom
2nd Floor- 4 additional Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. ( 3 rooms have Queen Beds and 1 has 2 Twins )
3rd Floor - Large room with 3 Twin Beds and a Toddler Bed
Basement - 1 Full Bath, Laundry Room with washer and dryer

South Shore Train travels daily to Chicago
Uber and Lyft are limited in area

This is a Family Home, we ask you treat it as if it were your own with care and respect.
This Beautiful Home was built by a family member and is well taken care of and loved. We hope you enjoy it and make lasting memories here.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form, upload a valid government ID (drivers license, passport, state ID) and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
Any basic need items that have been provided at the home are complimentary to get your stay started, any additional needs will be provided by the guest.
Outside Cameras are on front and back doors.

Great Stay

It was a terrific stay to celebrate our nephew, sister and mom’s bday’s. The days at the beach were the best! Great neighborhood, and loved our stay.

Perfect house for a large family! Lots of space beautiful inside and around the property. You can walk to the beach or supper club for drinks or dinner. Property manager was excellent and responsive. Getting into the house was a little difficult for my parents (80's and don't move too good) so unfortunately, we won't be able to stay there going forward which is a real bummer because we loved the property!

Beautiful

We had a wonderful time in this large, spacious, beautiful home. My son and his family came from Michigan and my other son and his family and I came from Florida and we all met together in this comfortable, lovely home and had an absolutely wonderful time.

Friends trip with 13 guests

Great location! It was a short walk to the beach, with ample restaurants and fun things to do in close proximity. The covered porch was beautiful, as the house was nestled within a lot of giant trees. There are a lot of stairs in the house so I’ll be sure you’re ready to get your steps in. The bedroom on the top floor can get quite stuffy so be sure to run fans.

We enjoyed the privacy of the location and the size of the home. It accommodated the 8 of us very well. Some standard GPS maps had trouble directing a few of us to the home, but we all arrived with assistance from the maps. It was a little chilly in the home due to the beautiful high ceilings and limited bed linen. The outdoor grounds were so beautiful during the autumn season and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood.

The house easily accommodated our family. The Neighbourhood is quiet and it’s not far to get to anything in Michigan City. The screened in porch was a feature that we really liked as well as the spaciousness in the kitchen and dining room area. The property manager was very responsive to my questions. There were a few minor issues that I passed along for the owners to take care of as far as burned out lightbulbs. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Big, clean, cozy house - great for a big family

We had a lovely stay at this house. We loved the big screened in porch that felt very quiet and secluded the way the house is nestled in the woods. Lots of beds and rooms which was perfect for us as we were staying with my parents, siblings and their kids. Cozy beds. Everything you need was at the house. You don’t have access to a walkable beach at this house but we had private beach access through family nearby so that was no issue for us. We had some confusion with the check in process but the host was very communicative and helpful throughout.

House has no permit for duneland beach and there’s no parking there. House was very nice but bedroom doors squeak. Puddle by some machine in the basement
