Enjoy this comfortable and convenient 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage in the heart of Sanibel close to the causeway, shopping, bike paths and the nearby beach access! "Little Palm Cottage" is sure to please with its island style and decor throughout! Featuring brand new upgrades and furnishings throughout and a spacious sunroom to further enjoy your stay. So pack you bags and head on down to Sanibel to spend the month at this charming island retreat!

Home amenities include: 1 bedroom/1 bathroom -- 1 Queen bed, 1 Queen sleeper sofa bed (sleeps 4), Smart TV with streaming capabilities, WIFI available, covered parking. Pets Considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

Little Palm Cottage on Sanibel

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Little Palm Cottage was a charming little house to call home for a month on Sanibel. It was bright and cheerful, recently renovated, with the porch being our favorite spot to relax. All we needed was provided, and the location was ideal to explore the nearby shopping, ice cream and coffee/pastry shop. A 5 minute walk down quiet lanes took us to the beach, and bike paths brought us to the Sanibel Lighthouse. Sanibel Vacations was very responsive to our needs, and easy to contact.
