Michaela, lovely to hear you had a great stay at the house. Good communication starts well before check-in and carries all the way through, so knowing that part landed right means a lot. The Hill Country has a way of pulling people back, and whenever you're ready to return, spring wildflower season out here is something else entirely. Hope we see you again soon!

Great Accommodations

This house is perfect for a small group. We walked to the main strip of Fredericksburg which was super convenient. The location of the house is on a corner that can be loud with cars so prepare by bringing sleep sounds or ear plugs.

Great House

Great spot right off downtown Fredericksburg. 1 mile to Walmart. 1 minute to tons of restaurants. It reminded me of my grandparents house. Just a comfortable stay.

Wonderful stay at Austin Haus

We had the most wonderful visit to Fredericksburg to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Our stay at Austin Haus just added to the charm of the city. The home was so clean and we thoroughly enjoyed having meals in the beautiful dining room. The rooms were so spacious and the beds were so comfy! Would definitely stay at this home again! It is also just one mile from the start of Main Street so shopping is just a quick drive away.

So perfect for us!

We had the best time. It was so nice to have a yard for our dogs with the perfect fire pit. Everything we needed to be comfortable and in such a convenient location. Super happy and hope we can stay again. Communication with property manager was above and beyond

We had attended our grandsons college graduation party being held in Kerrville at my daughter's ranch and planned on staying in Fredericksburg to do some exploring and shopping. House was very clean and comfortable and located close to the downtown area and our favorite restaurant Mamacitas. We could not access any television usage and had contacted the host who was very sympathetic and gave us some suggestions to rectify the situation but they were unsuccessful but it wasn't a big deal as we stayed busy with shopping and the party. Nice little place to stay in Fredericksburg.
