This centrally located home has been FULLY RENOVATED and contains amenities such as:

Less than 5 miles from Florida Southern, downtown Lakeland, and tons of other convenient locations.

Very quiet neighborhood in the Dixieland Historic District. Just two miles off the I-4 highway, and 15 minutes from Sun ‘n Fun, TigerTown stadium, Lakeland Square Mall and much more. Not to mention Tampa and Orlando (Disney World) are both less than hour away!

No parties or gatherings of more than 6 people are allowed without prior approval from hosts. You must include an accurate number of guests that will be staying in the home when booking. If either of these requirements are not met additional fees will be charged.

Our almost month long stay was perfect! Our host, Ryan, was just great! He responded immediately with any questions we had, and was very accommodating. The location was great, being within minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown Lakeland, and was easily accessible. The neighborhood was quiet and attractive. A most enjoyable stay and a very definite do again!

Amazing stay and an amazing value

The house is a great size and location, near lots of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was clean and quiet and the house was very nice. The price definitely had me skeptical, but its an amazing value.

Better than expected getaway!Comfortable, clean, two bedroom “home”. Little touches like coffee, tea and appliances you may need are a great touch. We will stay there anytime we return to Lakeland FL.

Graduation friends weekend

I stayed here with my 3 daughters all ages between 1-18 and it was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our favorite time in Lakeland was being in this home.

It was a little smaller then we were expecting but everything else was great! We were not far from shopping areas and restaurants.We would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Lakeland!

You'll love this property.

This 2/1 had plenty of space for 3 adults. The location is centrally located and steps away from groceries, restaurants and coffee. Everyone slept well in comfortable beds. Check in was smooth. Our host was available if we needed anything... we did not. We had a wonderful stay.

Great place to work from

Staying in Lakeland while working for 2 weeks. House is exactly as described. Plenty of space, very comfortable, quiet & safe neighborhood. Location is great; close to plenty of good restaurants
 If you like chicken
 you must try Love Birds. (it is within walking distance. 😁) Host was pleasant & responsive to my few questions. If you are looking for a nice place to stay for a night or multiple weeks, you will not be disappointed.

Perfect Home Base for the week

I was in town this weekend for some wedding planning fun for my daughter. This place was great for three of us. It is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The area was safe for three ladies and we were close to groceries and shopping. Only 40 min to Disney and similar drive to Tampa airport. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Ryan. You were a great host.

Wonderful Experience

From the very beginning, communication was outstanding! I even had Amazon packages delivered before check-in, and they were waiting for me on the coffee table when we arrived.We had one minor issue during our stay, and the owner handled it immediately. He communicated with us directly and even gave us a call without hesitation when we asked. We had to step out to run errands and visit family, and by the time we returned from dinner, the issue had already been completely resolved.The home was clean, cozy, and welcoming.My kids especially loved the bedroom with twin beds—it was perfect for them and they had a blast.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will absolutely stay here again!

Great place! Great Area! Quiet Enjoyable Stay!

I was in town for a convention at the RP Center and had a wonderful three night stay at this charming house. It was very comfortable. Had a great couch for watching TV and lounging around. The bedrooms and bathroom were great! The kitchen and dining room were more than adequate. A nice touch was the coffee bar! I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay based on what I was looking for. The neighborhood is nice and located near restaurants and shopping. Best of all, the communication from the owner was top-notch. Ryan would reply within minutes and even checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed. i highly recommend this properly and will look to stay here again when I am back here next year.
