Quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours.
Pets are welcome. Enjoy Point Pelee national park for bird watching, canoeing, biking, walking, butterfly migration, and family fun. Unlimited entry pass is included with your stay for one vehicle.
Outdoor space includes a hose for washing sand off, bbq, private eating area, wagon and toys for the beach.

Loved Erin’s place, quick walk to everything, location was perfect, a few minutes to beach, shopping. Erin’s place had everything needed for a vacation, I think she thought of pretty much everything to make a stay enjoyable. The place was very clean & comfortable. Erin was a great host, even checking in on us after a storm. Leamington has a lot to offer, the beach in my opinion was the biggest draw for me. I look forward to returning.

This was our second stay at the property and we had a wonderful time. The cottage is clean and cozy and had everything we needed. It is close to stores, restaurants, the beach and Point Pelee National Park. We came for the spring birding festival and the rental includes a park pass which was great. We would recommend this place and will be back again.

Our family had a great time (two adults with our baby and toddler). The location is good, close to beach/park and easy drive to resto's or stores.The cottage was very clean and surprisingly baby-friendly. The space was as advertised . There were nice little touches like a travel crib, booster seat, beach towels etc and a pass for Point Pelee park.Just a couple of little hiccups like not having soap/shampoo for shower, and we couldn't find any coffee despite looking (desperately!) which is why I deducted a star.

Everything was great. Location is about 2 blocks from the lake. We were in Leamington to go to Point Pelee National Park and a pass to the park is included in the rental, a big savings! Communication with Erin the owner was easy and prompt. Highly recommend!

Great family vacation

Central location to make it to Point Pelee National Park and Pelee Island. Kids were able to get to Seacliff park on their own as well - which provided lots of evening adventures for them as well.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the cottage. It is in an excellent location and the cottage was fully equipped with everything you need and more. The park pass was a nice bonus and after a full day out it was nice to come back and relax at the cottage. Wish we had more time to spend there but we will be back.

The cottage was great and had everything needed for a weekend getaway for two and our dog. We loved the close access to Seacliff Park and Beach. We came here to be closer to Point Pelee National Park and loved the closeness as well as the park pass provided! The cottage was clean and well stocked, with everything we could ask for!

Home away from Home

Cute little cottage located in a quiet Leamington neighbourhood. Short walk to park and lake. Point Pelee is only a few kilometres away.We would happily stay here again.

This place was perfect for the two of us It was walking distance to many things, including the beach and a vegan bakery. And was perfect size. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay. I would 100% book here again

It appeared that the previous renters had a pet and there was still animal hair on furniture, throw mats, various places on the flooring throughout..as well as on the front porch.The storm door at the main entrance had a broken handle and did not close.The chairs on the front porch,2, 1 of which was broken and could not be used, we removed them and used our own beach chairs.The furniture in the back yard was dirty and damaged and the fire pit was damaged as well,and the lawn needed to be cut.One table lamp in one bedroom didn't work and a ceiling light in the living room didn't work as well.Overall, we felt that the cleaning and maintenance was somewhat lacking and some of the pictures on the site were not current or updated.Location was excellent.

What a treat!

Our weekend was fabulous. Cottage is simply great. Cozy, comfortable, great decor and owner thought about everything. Excellent location, just few steps away to the beach and attractions near by. Park season pass is a great touch. We will be back!!!
