Just a few steps to the water - beautiful!

Loved the closeness to the beach and convenience of parking for loading and unloading travel gear. Will definitely stay here again!

This unit is beautiful and worked well for our family. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies (for making Thanksgiving dinner) & has an incredibly easy access to the beach. Easy enough for my in-laws to get to and from. The views are stunning from the patio and inside with the full west side windows.

Perfect family vacation

We always stay in Destin for Easter week. This was one of our favorite condos that we have stayed in. We will definitely book this one again

Our 2nd year in this condo!

This is our second year to stay in this condo. We love the location and the ground floor experience. We were surprised this year as they have gotten new living room furniture and rearranged the dining/living room. It is great! Again, we enjoyed our stay and wil definitely be returning.

Destin trip

The condo was nice. But we has a problem with big red ants. Crawling especially in the bathrooms. Had a leak in the hall bedroom closet. The view was wonderful. This was my first trip to Destin. But I will be back.

Location location

Ground floor with amazing views and so close to the beach. We were able to park our car right beside condo, made loading and unloading a breeze. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Only complaint is the noise coming from above units. I guess that goes along with having ground floor unit. Idk. But other than that everything was great.

Beach trip

Renting the property was very easy and smooth. The only problem I had was the cleanliness of the room. Shower had mold and mildew and one shower would not drain. The condo needed dusting. Love the location and overall a had a great time.

Better than I expected!!

This condo is spacious, updated, clean, perfectly located to beach access and well furnished. We loved it so much, we wish we could buy it! The only complaint is we thought the sofa was a hide-a bed but it is not. They must’ve updated their furniture and the “sleeps up to eight” in the description should be removed. It does sleep 6 very nicely. The master bed is super comfy and the shower is very nice. The beach chairs and umbrella were set up for us daily so all we had to do was grab the two extra chairs out of the closet. Washer/dryer in unit, iron/iron board, coffee maker, lots of things for cooking, and plenty of towels. Bring your own beach towels and hair dryer though. We wiped the floor up from a small spill and expected the cloth to be pretty dirty but it wasn’t! Tile floors through out are kept clean.

Convenient beach vacation with kids!

Our car, our patio doors and the beach access were so close that we never even noticed there were other people in the complex. It was beautiful and so close to everything. We can't wait to go back!
