Magnifiquement mise à jour: Coastal Cottage sentir qui est agréable et confortable. Vous pourrez profiter de l'accès facile à la plage à partir de ce golfe côté condo avec commerces saveur d'offre local, restaurants et activités de plein air.

Le condo donne sur la piscine et est une courte promenade de la plage. Ce deux chambres, l'une et la moitié d'un condo de bain vous offre également une vue sur la lagune qui traverse la propriété. La salle de bain complète offre une douche debout magnifiquement carrelée avec porte vitrée. L'unité peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes et offre un lit king size dans le maître et deux lits doubles dans la deuxième chambre. Vous pouvez profiter de la vue de votre choix, levers ou couchers de soleil. Tous avec une vue agréable sur les canards et les cygnes depuis le balcon du condo.

Vous serez situé sur le premier niveau au-dessus du parking couvert ci-dessous l'unité. Tous les conforts de la maison comprennent 3 téléviseurs à écran plat, deux lecteurs de DVD et une cuisine entièrement équipée.

25th Anniversary Trip

We had a wonderful time. Family spending much needed time together. We had everything we needed at the condo. Was very convenient to the beach.We would love to come again next year. The condo was convenient to the beach, about a two minute walk. Place was clean, functional for our needs. Host was responsive to any inquiries. Two bathrooms, but only one had a shower, so if you have more than two people staying here, keep in mind only one person can shower at a time. Overall, 10 out of 10 and I would highly recommend!

Great Place!

This was a nice condo. We really enjoyed our stay. Two pre teen grandsons and us. Just enough room. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. The boys loved the pool and the beach. Both were very convenient to our unit. Parking so close was an extra bonus. The condo is close but not too close to the hustle and bustle. Great restaurants nearby. We were very pleased with our visit.

The property was everything that was in the description! Really nice place and super close to the beach. Overall really clean and nice inside. Only downfall about our stay was the wifi when trying to watch any tv show or movie. Was very shaky and kept cutting out on us. A good investment for the condo would be a few beach chairs but overall we liked the place and would recommend.

We were here for my daughter’s dance comp. The condo was great for our family and not a bad drive to the convention center at all. The owner was super responsive to get us and info and recommendations. Very pleased!

We did run into a few issues during our stay. There appeared to be mold in the fabric softener dispenser/agitator, which left black marks on some of our white clothing, including a new dress. The owners did compensate us for the damaged item, which we appreciated, and stated they would check this out after we depart. The main bed had a mattress topper/protector but no fitted sheet and appeared to have yellow stains all throughout . Because of the material, it also tended to trap heat and sleep very warm.Several outlets—especially in the kids’ room—did not work properly, and chargers would not stay in the wall. We experienced this in a few areas throughout the condo.In some spots, the flooring felt unstable, as if it might give underfoot, specifically from the bathroom into the laundry area. The kitchen was full stocked with utensils, cups, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot etc. That said, we still had a good overall experience and would consider staying again. The location is excellent—the beach is just a short walk away, and the patio overlooks the pool, which was a great bonus especially with 3 kids. The Local is also right across the street where you can find sunscreen, drinks, coffee, breakfast, lunch and even homemade bread ( among other things).

Beautifully located and beautiful family stay - highly recommend! Direct path to the beach with the shower for after the beach. Very cute to have that little pound right by the apt with the ducks and turtles, kids will enjoy that very much as well. Comfortables beds / rooms, kitchen has everything you need, wi-fi works great (we were working and doing homeschool while there), shower has great pressure which is always enjoyable. We had a few questions / needed help from the host and she was very responsive. We also made use of the washer / dryer and that was very kind of her to include a couple washing pods. My only addition would be to add more garbage bags for the guests - I feel that this is probably the top thing you do not want to run out of in general :)

Everything was to a tee as listed in the listing and the property was so inviting and well cared for please disregard any negative comments that you may have read about this property. The owners are great and very quick for getting back to you we had a great time.

We are great friends who call south central Pennsylvania home. Our families have traveled together for years. Between being stationed at Eglin AFB over 25 years ago and now having family who live in the area, we set out to find the perfect get-a-way home on Pensacola Beach!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We love how close this unit is to everything, but most of all....to the beach! As soon as we stepped foot over the walk way across the dune, we knew Pensacola Beach was where we would purchase our first rental! The sight of the white sugar sand and the clear emerald Gulf is simply beautiful.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our end unit balcony (or as we like to call - the Lanai) looks over both the pool and the lagoon. We love sitting out in the morning with coffee watching the ducks and turtles. Evenings are nice with a glass of wine listening to the gentle sounds of the water feature.
